administration_n of_o his_o power_n on_o earth_n right_a honourable_a have_v he_o who_o be_v the_o lord_n of_o lord_n and_o shall_v ere_o long_o appear_v as_o king_n and_o judge_n of_o all_o betru_v you_o in_o these_o three_o nation_n have_v as_o a_o manifest_a token_n thereof_o put_v into_o your_o hand_n that_o iron_n rod_n and_o to_o admiration_n have_v strengthen_v and_o uphold_v your_o arm_n obedient_a from_o which_o very_a consideration_n it_o be_v that_o it_o be_v more_o safe_a and_o also_o more_o honourable_a for_o the_o power_n on_o earth_n to_o have_v one_o thousand_o soul_n to_o be_v subject_a to_o they_o for_o love_n and_o conscience_n sake_n than_o to_o have_v ten_o thousand_o time_n ten_o thousand_o body_n seem_o subject_a for_o wrath_n sake_n and_o for_o fear_n of_o revenge_n this_o spirit_n and_o great_a commander_n in_o man_n be_v such_o a_o sparkle_a beam_n from_o the_o father_n of_o light_n and_o spirit_n that_o it_o can_v be_v lord_v over_o command_v or_o force_v either_o by_o man_n devil_n or_o angel_n but_o only_o leave_v its_o first_o station_n wherein_o it_o come_v so_o near_o to_o the_o light_n and_o glory_n of_o god_n it_o be_v now_o cause_v to_o possess_v death_n and_o darkness_n and_o by_o that_o mean_n be_v in_o a_o capacity_n by_o man_n and_o devil_n to_o be_v deceive_v and_o so_o by_o persuasion_n to_o be_v mislead_v this_o spiritual_a administration_n of_o christ_n power_n in_o and_o over_o the_o spirit_n and_o conscience_n of_o man_n as_o it_o extend_v to_o all_o the_o inward_a and_o hide_a motion_n and_o act_n of_o the_o mind_n so_o to_o all_o the_o outward_a manifestation_n of_o its_o powerful_a command_n in_o the_o outward_a man_n in_o reference_n unto_o god_n and_o especial_o unto_o such_o as_o appertain_v to_o the_o visible_a worship_n and_o service_n of_o god_n who_o have_v declare_v himself_o to_o be_v a_o spirit_n and_o will_v be_v worship_v in_o spirit_n and_o in_o truth_n and_o seek_v such_o and_o only_o such_o to_o worship_v he_o this_o spiritual_a administration_n so_o far_o as_o it_o concern_v the_o outward_a man_n be_v manage_v not_o by_o a_o sword_n of_o steel_n which_o can_v come_v near_o or_o touch_v the_o spirit_n or_o mind_n of_o man_n but_o by_o the_o sword_n that_o proceed_v out_o of_o the_o mouth_n of_o his_o servant_n the_o word_n of_o truth_n and_o especial_o as_o to_o the_o efficacy_n and_o to_o the_o inward_a man_n by_o the_o two-edged_a sword_n of_o the_o spirit_n that_o spiritual_a law_n and_o light_n with_o which_o these_o candle_n of_o the_o lord_n be_v enlighten_v and_o that_o by_o himself_o who_o be_v that_o light_n that_o enlighten_v every_o man_n that_o come_v into_o the_o world_n and_o this_o spiritual_a administration_n of_o christ_n power_n on_o earth_n in_o and_o over_o the_o spirit_n mind_n and_o conscience_n of_o the_o son_n of_o man_n and_o also_o over_o the_o outward_a man_n as_o to_o worship_v mere_o be_v commit_v into_o the_o hand_n of_o the_o wrong_n and_o wicked_a lewdness_n as_o gallio_n express_v it_o yet_o be_v it_o never_o appoint_v by_o christ_n to_o who_o all_o power_n not_o only_o in_o earth_n but_o also_o in_o heaven_n be_v commit_v and_o by_o who_o all_o earthly_a power_n be_v to_o be_v judge_v in_o that_o day_n in_o which_o he_o shall_v judge_v the_o world_n in_o righteousness_n i_o say_v it_o be_v never_o appoint_v by_o christ_n to_o inform_v and_o rectify_v the_o mind_n and_o conscience_n of_o man_n in_o the_o worship_n of_o god_n in_o that_o great_a mystery_n of_o godliness_n and_o in_o those_o mystical_a
