No. For they are as capable of Receiving this Ordinance of Baptism as the Jewish Infants were of Circumcision at 8 days old and ought to be baptized because Baptism comes in the room of Circumcision and as that was the Sacrament of Initiation or Entrance into the Church and into the Covenant so is this Matt. 28.19 20.
