A Prayer for forgiuenesse of sinnes O Lord God heavenly Father who delightest not in the death of a sinner nor wouldest that he should perish but that he should be converted and liue we humbly entreate of thee mercifully to turne from us those punishments which our sinnes haue deserved and that thou wouldst be pleased in plentifull manner to bestow thy mercy upon us thorough Iesus Christ our Lord.
