or_o pretend_v to_o clear_v it_o these_o i_o like_v never_o to_o make_v a_o noise_n of_o that_o dream_n of_o the_o descent_n of_o christ_n soul_n into_o hell_n though_o they_o that_o be_v in_o it_o spirit_n here_o be_v the_o same_o with_o the_o sense_n of_o the_o forego_n word_n which_o mean_v not_o his_o soul_n but_o his_o eternal_a deity_n 4._o nor_o be_v it_o the_o spirit_n that_o be_v in_o prison_n as_o they_o read_v it_o but_o the_o spirit_n in_o prison_n which_o by_o the_o opposition_n of_o their_o former_a condition_n sometime_o or_o former_o disobedient_a do_v clear_o speak_v their_o present_a condition_n as_o the_o just_a consequent_a and_o fruit_n of_o their_o disobedience_n other_o misinterpretation_n i_o mention_v not_o take_z it_o as_o agreeable_a to_o the_o whole_a continue_v to_o do_v in_o the_o ministry_n of_o his_o word_n and_o therefore_o say_v he_o he_o that_o despise_v you_o despise_v i_o etc._n etc._n be_v this_o consider_v it_o can_v not_o but_o procure_v far_o more_o respect_n to_o the_o word_n and_o more_o acceptance_n of_o it_o will_v you_o think_v that_o in_o his_o word_n christ_n speak_v by_o his_o eternal_a spirit_n yea_o he_o come_v cause_n of_o the_o other_o therefore_o of_o it_o first_o if_o you_o look_v to_o their_o visible_a subordinate_a preacher_n a_o holy_a man_n and_o a_o able_a and_o diligent_a preacher_n of_o righteousness_n both_o in_o his_o doctrine_n and_o in_o the_o tract_n of_o his_o life_n which_o be_v the_o powerful_a preach_v it_o seem_v strange_a that_o he_o prevail_v so_o little_a but_o much_o disobedient_a the_o word_n be_v they_o be_v not_o persuade_v and_o it_o signify_v both_o unbelief_n and_o disobedience_n and_o that_o very_o fit_o unbelief_n be_v in_o itself_o the_o grand_a disobedience_n the_o mind_n not_o yield_v to_o divine_a truth_n and_o so_o the_o spring_n of_o all_o disobedience_n in_o affection_n and_o action_n and_o this_o root_n of_o bitterness_n this_o unbelief_n be_v deep_o â—aâ—â—ened_v in_o our_o natural_a heart_n and_o without_o a_o change_n in_o they_o a_o take_z they_o to_o piece_n they_o can_v be_v good_a it_o be_v as_o a_o tree_n firm_a root_v can_v be_v pluck_v up_o without_o loosen_a the_o ground_n round_o about_o it_o and_o this_o accurse_a root_n bring_v forth_o fruit_n unto_o death_n because_o the_o word_n be_v not_o believe_v be_v till_o the_o spirit_n be_v pour_v from_o on_o high_a to_o open_v and_o soften_v heart_n it_o be_v to_o be_v desire_v as_o much_o want_v in_o the_o ministry_n of_o the_o word_n but_o be_v it_o there_o that_o will_v not_o serve_v unless_o it_o be_v by_o a_o concurrent_a work_n within_o the_o heart_n meet_v the_o word_n and_o make_v the_o impression_n of_o it_o there_o for_o here_o we_o find_v the_o spirit_n go_v and_o preach_v and_o yet_o the_o spirit_n of_o the_o hearer_n still_o unbelieving_a and_o disobedient_a it_o be_v a_o combine_a work_n of_o this_o spirit_n in_o the_o preacher_n and_o hearer_n that_o make_v it_o successful_a otherwise_o it_o be_v but_o shout_v in_o a_o dead_a man_n ear_n there_o must_v be_v something_o within_o as_o one_o say_v in_o a_o like_a case_n to_o the_o spirit_n in_o prison_n that_o be_v now_o their_o posture_n and_o because_o he_o speak_v of_o they_o as_o in_o that_o posture_n he_o call_v they_o spirit_n for_o it_o be_v their_o
