so_o 2._o deceit_n be_v when_o the_o soul_n do_v enjoy_v a_o true_a appearance_n or_o appointment_n and_o be_v take_v up_o there_o in_o the_o bare_a appearance_n or_o appointment_n yet_o do_v not_o know_v the_o true_a nature_n of_o it_o in_o its_o life_n and_o power_n 3._o deceit_n be_v when_o the_o satisfaction_n of_o and_o love_n to_o or_o delight_n in_o the_o nature_n of_o truth_n be_v only_o produce_v by_o and_o measure_v suitable_a to_o the_o measure_n of_o their_o performance_n or_o eloquence_n in_o it_o or_o the_o warmth_n and_o heat_n they_o draw_v from_o it_o and_o not_o from_o the_o light_n sense_n and_o true_a enjoyment_n of_o presence_n but_o no_o more_o at_o this_o time_n just_o at_o this_o time_n have_v a_o letter_n from_o a_o friend_n i_o shall_v leave_v off_o what_o i_o be_v go_v on_o in_o and_o in_o the_o next_o place_n answer_v that_o and_o therefore_o i_o think_v it_o necessary_a to_o write_v down_o the_o letter_n itself_o and_o so_o go_v on_o in_o answer_v of_o soul_n and_o a_o word_n or_o two_o what_o that_o peace_n be_v that_o be_v purchase_v by_o christ_n for_o christian_n and_o whether_o a_o peculiar_a grace_n or_o state_n and_o a_o word_n or_o two_o of_o the_o difference_n between_o the_o old_a and_o new_a covenant_n in_o do_v of_o which_o you_o will_v refresh_v the_o heart_n of_o your_o love_a friend_n in_o the_o lord_n now_o in_o answer_n to_o
