prayer_n to_o god_n to_o get_v victory_n of_o that_o sin_n which_o otherwise_o will_v overcome_v and_o destroy_v he_o body_n and_o soul_n for_o ever_o and_o ever_o chap._n 34._o diverse_a man_n trouble_v with_o diverse_a sin_n some_o be_v trouble_v most_o with_o envy_n some_o with_o pride_n some_o with_o anger_n some_o with_o covetousness_n and_o some_o with_o sloth_n etc._n etc._n all_o these_o with_o a_o company_n that_o attend_v on_o they_o set_v upon_o every_o man_n but_o one_o must_v be_v captain_n then_o overcome_v the_o captain_n and_o all_o the_o army_n will_v be_v discomfit_v in_o war_n if_o the_o captain_n prevail_v the_o soldier_n will_v ruinate_v the_o city_n even_o so_o it_o be_v with_o sin_n if_o the_o chief_a sin_n get_v the_o victory_n it_o will_v let_v in_o a_o great_a number_n of_o enemy_n that_o will_v never_o leave_v until_o they_o have_v utterlie_o ruinate_v and_o bring_v to_o confusion_n the_o whole_a body_n and_o soul_n of_o a_o man_n and_o therefore_o every_o one_o ought_v to_o pray_v to_o god_n for_o help_v and_o assistance_n against_o his_o great_a temptation_n for_o if_o we_o overcome_v that_o the_o rest_n will_v fly_v as_o s._n james_n say_v
