and_o so_o man_n sit_v down_o discourage_v and_o this_o must_v needs_o hinder_v in_o many_o respect_n first_o because_o it_o take_v away_o all_o alacrity_n for_o what_o a_o man_n have_v no_o hope_n to_o bring_v to_o pass_v he_o 1._o will_v never_o go_v about_o it_o so_o a_o scholar_n if_o he_o have_v no_o hope_n to_o get_v learning_n will_v give_v over_o study_v take_v hope_v away_o and_o take_v away_o all_o endeavour_n nay_o take_v away_o all_o desire_n which_o be_v more_o for_o what_o be_v out_o of_o a_o man_n hope_n a_o man_n desire_v not_o for_o object_n they_o work_v when_o they_o lie_v near_o the_o faculty_n even_o as_o fire_n never_o work_v till_o the_o fuel_n be_v nigh_o it_o and_o the_o loadstone_n till_o the_o iron_n be_v put_v to_o it_o thing_n that_o be_v afar_o off_o we_o have_v little_a desire_n to_o as_o now_o to_o instance_n the_o condition_n of_o king_n though_o it_o be_v a_o thing_n most_o desirable_a yet_o seldom_o man_n actual_o desire_v it_o because_o it_o be_v out_o of_o their_o hope_n and_o therefore_o when_o man_n be_v discourage_v as_o think_v they_o shall_v never_o have_v such_o a_o lust_n mortify_v they_o sit_v down_o without_o all_o desire_n or_o will_v be_v content_a with_o that_o liberty_n which_o they_o may_v enjoy_v without_o he_o as_o beggar_n when_o they_o see_v they_o can_v better_v their_o condition_n content_v themselves_o with_o what_o they_o be_v and_o that_o liberty_n which_o they_o do_v enjoy_v and_o so_o man_n be_v discourage_v from_o go_v to_o god_n they_o turn_v and_o rest_n on_o something_o else_o for_o the_o heart_n will_v have_v some_o liberty_n again_o when_o we_o come_v to_o the_o lord_n satan_n he_o cast_v in_o all_o these_o fear_n he_o muster_v up_o all_o objection_n but_o the_o spirit_n you_o see_v say_v do_v not_o fear_v now_o whether_o will_v you_o take_v part_n with_o satan_n or_o the_o spirit_n if_o man_n be_v humble_a christ_n say_v likewise_o come_v to_o i_o and_o you_o shall_v have_v ease_n all_o you_o that_o be_v weary_a and_o heavy_a lade_v let_v they_o not_o think_v that_o their_o sin_n be_v a_o burden_n that_o will_v break_v their_o back_n if_o they_o come_v to_o he_o and_o so_o of_o sin_n come_v in_o see_v this_o also_o in_o asa_n his_o make_v a_o covenant_n with_o the_o king_n of_o aram_n and_o rest_v 16._o on_o he_o at_o the_o begin_n of_o the_o chapter_n but_o now_o if_o he_o have_v humble_v himself_o all_o the_o rest_n that_o follow_v have_v be_v prevent_v but_o he_o do_v not_o so_o and_o then_o follow_v put_v the_o prophet_n in_o prison_n oppress_v the_o people_n when_o he_o be_v sick_a seek_v to_o the_o physician_n for_o he_o grow_v worse_a and_o worse_o his_o end_n be_v not_o answerable_a to_o his_o beginning_n though_o he_o be_v a_o good_a man_n and_o peter_n now_o on_o the_o other_o side_n because_o he_o humble_v himself_o he_o present_o be_v receive_v to_o mercy_n and_o prevent_v all_o the_o long_a you_o lie_v in_o a_o sin_n unrepented_a the_o great_a the_o sin_n be_v because_o you_o abuse_v god_n patience_n 3._o the_o more_o for_o he_o consider_v every_o hour_n and_o it_o be_v not_o slackness_n in_o he_o that_o he_o forbear_v you_o but_o
