3._o but_o many_o can_v and_o do_v swear_v without_o the_o holy_a ghost_n therefore_o true_a confession_n be_v evangelical_n and_o not_o swear_v it_o be_v true_a confession_n from_o a_o believe_a heart_n be_v a_o evidence_n of_o man_n conversion_n and_o not_o make_v oath_n or_o swear_v which_o this_o man_n seem_v to_o confess_v appertain_v to_o common_a humane_a infirmity_n p._n 1._o and_o what_o be_v that_o infirmity_n upon_o which_o swear_v be_v occasion_v under_o the_o law_n but_o man_n diffidence_n jealousy_n or_o distrust_n which_o if_o they_o have_v fulfil_v the_o principal_a worship_n be_v both_o before_o swear_v and_o be_v perform_v without_o swear_v that_o god_n himself_o swear_v by_o himself_o who_o can_v not_o swear_v by_o a_o great_a we_o deny_v not_o but_o if_o
