the_o word_n of_o paul_n to_o the_o faithful_a of_o the_o church_n of_o corinth_n forasmuch_o say_v he_o as_o you_o be_v manifest_o declare_v to_o be_v the_o epistle_n of_o christ_n minister_v by_o we_o write_v not_o with_o ink_n but_o with_o the_o spirit_n of_o the_o live_a god_n not_o in_o table_n of_o stone_n but_o in_o the_o fleshly_a table_n of_o the_o heart_n for_o as_o the_o law_n of_o death_n be_v write_v in_o table_n of_o stone_n and_o all_o the_o hard_a and_o stony_a heart_n of_o the_o whole_a posterity_n of_o adam_n not_o only_a might_n but_o also_o do_v and_o do_v receive_v even_o in_o their_o very_a conception_n a_o deep_a impression_n thereof_o so_o on_o the_o contrary_a the_o law_n of_o the_o spirit_n of_o life_n which_o be_v in_o christ_n jesus_n ever_o be_v be_v and_o be_v to_o be_v write_v in_o heart_n of_o flesh_n soft_a and_o tender_a heart_n and_o in_o no_o other_o and_o therefore_o it_o be_v that_o god_n do_v promise_v to_o take_v away_o from_o his_o elect_a the_o hard_a and_o stony_a heart_n and_o to_o give_v they_o a_o heart_n of_o flesh_n a_o humble_a and_o break_a heart_n because_o his_o pleasure_n and_o promise_n be_v to_o dwell_v with_o such_o to_o revive_v and_o comfort_v they_o and_o no_o other_o and_o to_o speak_v plain_o howsoever_o perhaps_o some_o do_v otherwise_o conceive_v it_o be_v not_o our_o act_n of_o believe_v that_o do_v justify_v we_o but_o it_o be_v the_o free_a gift_n of_o grace_n seal_v in_o our_o heart_n by_o the_o spirit_n of_o christ_n whereby_o god_n justify_v we_o which_o grace_n and_o spirit_n be_v the_o cause_n of_o our_o act_n of_o believe_v or_o faith_n by_o which_o we_o be_v so_o often_o say_v in_o scripture_n to_o be_v justify_v where_o the_o effect_n be_v name_v for_o the_o cause_n by_o reason_n it_o be_v thereby_o make_v apparent_a unto_o we_o as_o also_o in_o another_o sense_n we_o be_v say_v to_o be_v justify_v by_o work_n because_o work_n do_v demonstrate_v and_o make_v the_o effect_n of_o faith_n so_o that_o saint_n paul_n call_v the_o faithful_a the_o epistle_n of_o christ_n not_o so_o much_o for_o their_o act_n of_o believe_v as_o in_o respect_n of_o the_o grace_n of_o god_n which_o be_v write_v in_o their_o heart_n by_o the_o spirit_n of_o christ_n by_o which_o they_o do_v now_o believe_v and_o cry_v abba_n father_n as_o it_o be_v write_v he_o have_v send_v forth_o the_o spirit_n of_o his_o son_n into_o our_o heart_n which_o cry_v abba_n father_n and_o for_o this_o cause_n 8._o the_o grace_n of_o the_o gospel_n be_v call_v the_o law_n of_o the_o spirit_n conceive_v have_v most_o soundness_n in_o their_o opinion_n it_o will_v be_v find_v upon_o due_a and_o just_a trial_n not_o to_o be_v that_o which_o they_o will_v seem_v both_o unto_o themselves_o and_o other_o to_o be_v which_o hereafter_o will_v appear_v of_o these_o thing_n my_o belove_a i_o can_v in_o some_o measure_n best_o advertise_v you_o be_v through_o want_n of_o the_o true_a save_a knowledge_n and_o understanding_n of_o god_n and_o his_o truth_n catch_v and_o entangle_v by_o some_o of_o they_o wander_v up_o and_o down_o among_o the_o dry_a hill_n and_o mountain_n conceive_v comfort_n when_o alas_o i_o be_v far_o from_o it_o and_o the_o far_o i_o wander_v up_o and_o down_o in_o that_o egyptian_a darkness_n the_o more_o intricate_a labyrinth_n of_o error_n and_o darkness_n my_o soul_n be_v plunge_v into_o like_v unto_o a_o blind_a man_n who_o have_v not_o his_o perfect_a sight_n go_v on_o in_o darkness_n until_o at_o last_o he_o fall_v into_o a_o pit_n of_o destruction_n for_o want_v of_o a_o guide_n to_o conduct_v and_o lead_v he_o and_o especial_o when_o i_o walk_v with_o the_o anabaptist_n which_o way_n and_o practice_v of_o they_o shall_v evident_o appear_v to_o every_o honest_a true_a and_o sanctify_a heart_n not_o only_o to_o overturn_v and_o raze_v the_o foundation_n of_o all_o christian_a religion_n but_o also_o in_o as_o much_o as_o in_o they_o lie_v to_o destroy_v the_o faith_n of_o jesus_n christ_n all_o which_o time_n though_o strange_o delude_v yet_o be_v i_o keep_v by_o the_o power_n and_o providence_n of_o god_n from_o be_v
