sin_n than_o he_o begin_v to_o mortify_v and_o to_o slay_v his_o corruption_n for_o mortification_n be_v a_o fruit_n of_o faith_n and_o therefore_o the_o apostle_n say_v phil._n 3._o 10._o that_o i_o may_v feel_v the_o power_n of_o his_o death_n and_o the_o virtue_n of_o his_o resurrection_n now_o what_o be_v mean_v by_o this_o but_o the_o two_o part_n of_o repentance_n mortification_n and_o in_o the_o heart_n be_v grace_n than_o it_o will_v appear_v in_o the_o speech_n for_o the_o speech_n do_v natural_o flow_v from_o the_o affection_n that_o be_v in_o the_o heart_n but_o if_o the_o abundance_n that_o be_v in_o the_o heart_n be_v evil_a than_o the_o heart_n can_v but_o send_v out_o foul_a speech_n and_o rot_a communication_n and_o therefore_o our_o saviour_n say_v a_o good_a tree_n can_v bring_v forth_o evil_a fruit_n nor_o a_o evil_a tree_n good_a fruit_n it_o be_v unpossible_a that_o a_o heart_n which_o do_v abound_v and_o be_v full_a of_o earthly_a mindedness_n but_o covenant_n of_o god_n be_v not_o violate_v as_o by_o the_o other_o speak_v of_o prov._n 2._o 17._o neither_o find_v we_o the_o punishment_n absolute_o to_o be_v death_n yet_o it_o be_v a_o 17._o grievous_a sin_n and_o to_o be_v fear_v in_o that_o it_o subject_n those_o man_n that_o be_v guilty_a of_o it_o to_o the_o curse_n of_o god_n and_o damnation_n for_o the_o apostle_n say_v 1_o cor._n every_o sin_n there_o be_v a_o certain_a contrariety_n 1_o and_o repugnancy_n as_o in_o nature_n we_o know_v there_o be_v betwixt_o heat_n and_o cold_a now_o in_o all_o contrary_n a_o intense_a
