only_a attention_n but_o likewise_o admiration_n behold_v a_o strange_a and_o admirable_a thing_n for_o what_o strange_a thing_n be_v there_o then_o that_o a_o virgin_n shall_v conceive_v man_n that_o a_o virgin_n shall_v be_v a_o mother_n and_o that_o god_n shall_v become_v man_n we_o have_v need_n of_o strong_a grace_n to_o apprehend_v these_o strange_a thing_n and_o therefore_o god_n have_v provide_v a_o grace_n suitable_a above_o reason_n and_o above_o nature_n and_o that_o be_v faith_n reason_n mock_v at_o this_o the_o devil_n know_v it_o and_o envy_v it_o the_o angel_n know_v and_o wonder_v at_o it_o the_o soul_n itself_o without_o a_o grace_n suitable_a to_o the_o admirablenesse_n of_o the_o thing_n can_v never_o apprehend_v it_o and_o therefore_o well_o may_v it_o be_v say_v he_o be_v to_o be_v sanctify_v by_o the_o holy_a ghost_n because_o he_o be_v indeed_o to_o be_v a_o saviour_n and_o a_o sacrifice_n and_o he_o must_v be_v without_o spot_n or_o sin_n himself_o that_o be_v to_o offer_v himself_o for_o the_o sin_n of_o other_o therefore_o the_o foundation_n and_o ground_n of_o his_o nature_n must_v be_v pure_a and_o clean_o and_o that_o be_v the_o foundation_n of_o all_o the_o purity_n of_o his_o life_n and_o conversation_n and_o therefore_o a_o virgin_n this_o be_v typify_v in_o aarous_a rod_n which_o bud_v though_o it_o have_v no_o root_n no_o juice_n can_v come_v from_o a_o dry_a stick_n yet_o by_o a_o almighty_a power_n the_o rod_n do_v bud_n and_o so_o moses_n bush_n it_o burn_v and_o do_v not_o consume_v and_o that_o god_n that_o cause_v those_o thing_n cause_v a_o virgin_n to_o be_v a_o mother_n he_o enter_v into_o the_o womb_n of_o a_o virgin_n without_o any_o defilement_n at_o all_o consider_v the_o holy_a ghost_n from_o the_o father_n christ_n aright_o must_v be_v a_o humble_a and_o believe_a heart_n humble_a to_o deny_v himself_o in_o all_o thing_n and_o believe_v to_o go_v out_o of_o itself_o to_o the_o promise_n of_o god_n in_o christ._n when_o god_n by_o his_o spirit_n have_v bring_v our_o heart_n to_o be_v humble_a only_o and_o believe_v to_o go_v out_o of_o themselves_o and_o believe_v in_o he_o rest_n upon_o he_o and_o his_o promise_n than_o christ_n be_v conceive_v in_o our_o heart_n behold_v a_o virgin_n shall_v conceive_v and_o bear_v a_o son_n here_o be_v the_o birth_n of_o christ_n as_o well_o as_o the_o conception_n christ_n must_v not_o only_o be_v conceive_v in_o the_o womb_n but_o also_o bring_v forth_o because_o god_n must_v be_v manifest_v in_o the_o flesh_n as_o saint_n paul_n say_v 3._o
