in_o the_o world_n that_o have_v and_o may_v suffer_v in_o the_o sense_n of_o the_o apostle_n here_o according_a to_o the_o will_n of_o god_n a_o few_o word_n to_o the_o first_o of_o these_o namely_o that_o a_o man_n may_v be_v a_o christian_n and_o suffer_v and_o yet_o not_o suffer_v in_o the_o sense_n of_o the_o apostle_n in_o the_o text_n according_a to_o the_o will_n of_o god_n he_o may_v be_v a_o christian_n and_o yet_o not_o suffer_v as_o a_o christian._n he_o may_v want_v the_o matter_n or_o he_o may_v want_v the_o manner_n of_o suffer_v as_o a_o christian._n this_o be_v evident_a from_o what_o this_o apostle_n suggest_v in_o several_a place_n of_o this_o epistle_n for_o 1._o say_v he_o if_o you_o be_v buffet_v for_o your_o fault_n chap._n 2.20_o this_o suppose_v that_o a_o christian_n may_v so_o be_v for_o he_o speak_v here_o to_o the_o same_o people_n unto_o who_o he_o speak_v in_o the_o text_n though_o he_o put_v they_o not_o under_o the_o same_o circumstance_n as_o suffer_v for_o well-doing_n if_o you_o be_v buffet_v for_o your_o fault_n for_o what_o god_n word_n call_v fault_n what_o thank_v have_v you_o from_o god_n or_o good_a man_n though_o you_o take_v it_o patient_o so_o again_o for_o it_o be_v better_a if_o the_o will_n of_o god_n be_v so_o that_o you_o suffer_v for_o well-doing_n than_o for_o evil-doing_a chap_n 3.17_o here_o it_o be_v plain_o suppose_v that_o a_o christian_a man_n may_v suffer_v for_o evil-doing_a yea_o that_o the_o will_n of_o god_n may_v be_v that_o he_o shall_v suffer_v for_o evil-doing_a for_o god_n if_o christian_n do_v not_o well_o will_v vindicate_v himself_o by_o punish_v of_o they_o for_o their_o do_v ill_a yea_o and_o will_v not_o count_v they_o worthy_a though_o they_o be_v his_o own_o to_o be_v put_v
