observe_v and_o perceive_v the_o understanding_n work_v and_o frame_v what_o it_o will_v and_o produce_v the_o word_n though_o never_o so_o subtle_o also_o they_o be_v dumb_a word_n without_o any_o light_n or_o good_a effect_n in_o the_o soul_n also_o you_o may_v omit_v to_o see_v hear_v or_o speak_v when_o you_o please_v but_o when_o they_o be_v from_o god_n they_o come_v with_o light_n and_o clearness_n as_o be_v say_v and_o you_o can_v divert_v yourself_o but_o must_v attend_v and_o the_o understanding_n be_v set_v at_o rest_n and_o in_o so_o great_a quietness_n that_o of_o necessity_n you_o must_v give_v ear_n to_o what_o be_v say_v and_o see_v what_o be_v present_v and_o they_o be_v not_o dumb_a word_n but_o his_o word_n be_v word_n and_o work_v together_o and_o some_o time_n though_o they_o be_v not_o word_n of_o devotion_n but_o of_o instruction_n admonition_n or_o reprehension_n in_o a_o instant_n they_o do_v dispose_v and_o recollect_v the_o soul_n and_o do_v move_v
