consideration_n of_o his_o fearful_a power_n he_o add_v these_o word_n which_o follow_v that_o be_v that_o he_o be_v merciful_a and_o gracious_a slow_a to_o anger_v for_o as_o a_o father_n have_v compassion_n on_o his_o child_n so_o have_v the_o lord_n compassion_n not_o they_o that_o fear_v he_o for_o he_o know_v whereof_o we_o be_v make_v he_o remember_v that_o we_o be_v but_o dust_n so_o the_o lord_n say_v my_o spirit_n shall_v not_o always_o strive_v with_o man_n because_o he_o be_v but_o flesh_n and_o here_o be_v his_o gracious_a mercy_n see_v in_o that_o he_o do_v not_o always_o present_o punish_v and_o out_o of_o hand_n the_o old_a world_n have_v a_o hundred_o year_n space_n a_o long_a time_n to_o be_v think_v themselves_o and_o to_o repent_v and_o after_o all_o this_o our_o iniquity_n but_o show_v himself_o most_o favourable_a that_o our_o heart_n may_v relent_v and_o serve_v he_o although_o the_o israelite_n keep_v not_o the_o covenant_n of_o their_o god_n as_o it_o be_v psal_n 78._o 38._o 41._o and_o walk_v not_o in_o his_o law_n but_o sin_v against_o he_o more_o and_o more_o yet_o be_v he_o so_o merciful_a unto_o they_o that_o he_o forgive_v they_o their_o one_o every_o hour_n think_v on_o physic_n and_o if_o he_o do_v take_v physic_n he_o be_v afraid_a it_o will_v destroy_v he_o and_o bring_v he_o to_o his_o grave_n in_o a_o word_n every_o minute_n endure_v such_o misery_n they_o be_v afraid_a of_o hindrance_n and_o loss_n of_o overthwart_a &_o cross_a deal_n such_o and_o so_o many_o be_v their_o enemy_n which_o lie_v in_o wait_n to_o pluck_v they_o some_o with_o friendly_a word_n desirous_a to_o borrow_v who_o they_o can_v well_o deny_v and_o then_o they_o think_v they_o shall_v never_o see_v that_o again_o they_o will_v prenent_n that_o matter_n and_o lay_v out_o their_o money_n upon_o a_o piece_n of_o land_n and_o although_o they_o play_v loath_a to_o depart_v yet_o a_o doubt_n come_v into_o their_o mind_n of_o fast_o or_o loose_a and_o if_o they_o lose_v they_o be_v even_o half_o undo_v what_o if_o their_o title_n shall_v not_o be_v good_a or_o their_o evidence_n unskilful_o make_v man_n head_n be_v so_o full_a of_o subtlety_n so_o after_o they_o have_v buy_v it_o and_o pay_v for_o it_o they_o have_v a_o wipe_n and_o all_o be_v go_v and_o peradventure_o their_o mend_n in_o their_o hand_n then_o come_v think_v and_o care_n which_o they_o have_v take_v to_o the_o heart_n and_o make_v a_o end_n of_o their_o life_n and_o they_o be_v go_v he_o purchase_v for_o his_o son_n if_o he_o shall_v be_v a_o waster_n or_o lewd_a liver_n as_o good_a never_o lie_v down_o the_o money_n or_o if_o by_o wrong_n and_o injury_n he_o shall_v be_v defeat_v and_o put_v out_o of_o all_o better_a well_o spare_v then_o so_o spend_v one_o care_n overtake_v a_o other_o till_o night_n come_v and_o then_o they_o muster_v as_o thick_a as_o fly_v in_o the_o air_n or_o mote_n in_o the_o sun_n when_o they_o late_o they_o down_o in_o their_o bed_n their_o heart_n and_o mind_n stand_v up_o and_o refuse_v to_o bear_v the_o body_n company_n either_o they_o think_v upon_o their_o good_n at_o home_o money_n corn_n and_o such_o like_a chaffer_n or_o their_o cattle_n in_o the_o field_n or_o their_o money_n that_o lie_v in_o other_o man_n hand_n they_o devise_v where_o they_o may_v light_v upon_o a_o good_a bargain_n and_o how_o they_o may_v notwithstanding_o man_n be_v wonderful_o blind_a in_o this_o matter_n then_o which_o be_v most_o obscure_a of_o all_o other_o it_o be_v no_o marvel_n if_o man_n wit_n be_v drive_v into_o this_o strait_a what_o be_v determine_v as_o touch_v himself_o in_o this_o secret_a counsel_n of_o god_n but_o because_o these_o be_v most_o high_a mystery_n and_o therefore_o stand_v in_o the_o observation_n of_o those_o cause_n which_o pass_v all_o natural_a thing_n we_o mnst_a needs_o seek_v further_o and_o come_v to_o god_n word_n which_o forasmuch_o as_o without_o all_o comparison_n it_o be_v more_o certain_a than_o man_n conjecture_n so_o it_o can_v best_o direct_v we_o herein_o and_o assure_v us._n the_o scripture_n than_o witness_v that_o all_o those_o that_o god_n election_n how_o a_o man_n may_v have_v assurance_n of_o his_o election_n have_v according_a to_o his_o counsel_n predestinate_a to_o be_v adopt_v his_o child_n through_o jesus_n christ_n be_v also_o call_v in_o their_o time_n appoint_v yea_o and_o so_o effectual_o that_o they_o hear_v the_o voice_n of_o he_o that_o call_v and_o believe_v it_o so_o that_o be_v justify_v and_o sanctify_v in_o jesus_n christ_n they_o be_v also_o glorify_v will_v thou_o then_o whosoever_o thou_o be_v be_v assure_v of_o thy_o predestination_n and_o so_o in_o order_n of_o thy_o salvation_n which_o thou_o look_v for_o against_o all_o the_o assault_n of_o satan_n assure_v i_o say_v not_o by_o doubtful_a conjecture_n or_o our_o own_o fancy_n but_o by_o argument_n and_o conclusion_n no_o less_o true_a and_o certain_a then_o against_o he_o be_v it_o election_n the_o assurance_n of_o the_o vocation_n be_v know_v by_o faith_n and_o so_o by_o the_o vocation_n the_o election_n not_o that_o spirit_n which_o be_v free_o give_v to_o we_o as_o a_o gift_n for_o a_o sure_a and_o certain_a pledge_n of_o our_o adoption_n wherefore_o if_o we_o can_v gather_v by_o these_o effect_n that_o we_o have_v faith_n it_o follow_v that_o we_o be_v call_v and_o draw_v effecttual_o and_o again_o by_o this_o vocation_n which_o we_o have_v declare_v proper_o to_o belong_v to_o the_o

find_v clean_o contrary_a for_o the_o trial_n of_o these_o thing_n i_o mean_v whether_o we_o love_v and_o fear_v god_n aright_o as_o we_o ought_v to_o do_v and_o as_o it_o become_v the_o adopt_a child_n of_o god_n be_v perceive_v in_o a_o godly_a and_o christian_a life_n for_o they_o that_o feel_v their_o heart_n set_v to_o seek_v god_n honour_n and_o who_o study_n to_o know_v his_o will_n
