our_o plant_n and_o water_v may_v be_v bless_v for_o those_o end_n for_o which_o god_n have_v appoint_v it_o and_o the_o reason_n be_v this_o that_o without_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n the_o word_n peter_n now_o that_o be_v far_o inferior_a to_o christ_n have_v the_o presence_n of_o the_o spirit_n mighty_o pour_v down_o upon_o he_o act_v 2._o where_o the_o holy_a ghost_n fall_v down_o upon_o the_o apostle_n like_v so_o many_o fiery_a cleave_a tongue_n peter_n preach_v to_o they_o and_o he_o convert_v three_o thousand_o soul_n at_o one_o clap_v because_o of_o the_o powerful_a presence_n it_o to_o we_o that_o all_o that_o we_o can_v do_v can_v never_o please_v god_n unless_o we_o do_v believe_v on_o christ_n whatever_o prayer_n we_o make_v whatever_o duty_n we_o perform_v yet_o all_o now_o to_o enjoy_v the_o presence_n of_o the_o spirit_n here_o in_o this_o life_n a_o soul_n can_v enjoy_v that_o but_o he_o shall_v be_v the_o better_a for_o it_o it_o be_v true_a indeed_o in_o heaven_n there_o the_o saint_n shall_v enjoy_v the_o presence_n of_o christ_n and_o the_o fullness_n of_o the_o spirit_n too_o but_o here_o in_o this_o life_n for_o the_o saint_n to_o enjoy_v the_o presence_n of_o the_o spirit_n it_o be_v more_o expedient_a for_o they_o more_o profitable_a more_o advantageous_a for_o they_o than_o to_o enjoy_v the_o very_a personal_a presence_n of_o christ_n now_o to_o give_v you_o a_o few_o reason_n for_o it_o to_o show_v you_o wherein_o it_o be_v more_o profitable_a more_o expedient_a to_o have_v the_o presence_n of_o the_o spirit_n than_o to_o enjoy_v the_o very_a bodily_a presence_n of_o christ_n 1._o in_o regard_n that_o by_o enjoy_v the_o presence_n of_o the_o spirit_n they_o may_v have_v more_o real_a comfort_n than_o they_o can_v have_v by_o the_o enjoyment_n of_o the_o personal_a presence_n of_o christ_n you_o shall_v see_v the_o disciple_n themselves_o all_o the_o time_n that_o they_o do_v enjoy_v the_o personal_a presence_n of_o christ_n in_o the_o world_n they_o have_v not_o that_o measure_n of_o joy_n and_o rejoice_v as_o they_o have_v afterward_o they_o have_v not_o that_o measure_n of_o comfort_n and_o consolation_n all_o shall_v see_v then_o how_o full_a of_o joy_n and_o comfort_n and_o consolation_n they_o be_v and_o so_o christ_n tell_v they_o before_o in_o this_o very_a chapter_n verse_n 21._o a_o woman_n when_o authority_n to_o give_v out_o all_o spiritual_a blessing_n a_o fountain_n have_v all_o fullness_n so_o they_o that_o come_v to_o christ_n for_o a_o supply_n come_v to_o a_o full_a fountain_n brethren_n if_o so_o be_v that_o jesus_n christ_n be_v full_a of_o the_o spirit_n and_o full_a of_o grace_n yet_o if_o he_o be_v not_o full_a as_o a_o fountain_n he_o can_v not_o communicate_v look_v be_v a_o fountain_n have_v never_o the_o less_o in_o communicate_v still_o as_o much_o grace_n as_o much_o holiness_n as_o much_o righteousness_n as_o before_o and_o so_o the_o saint_n some_o of_o they_o have_v be_v full_a of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n as_o stephen_n though_o yet_o notwithstanding_o their_o fullness_n be_v not_o the_o fullness_n of_o a_o fountain_n and_o so_o they_o can_v supply_v the_o want_n of_o other_o as_o the_o wise_a virgin_n when_o the_o foolish_a virgin_n want_v oil_n and_o their_o lamp_n be_v out_o they_o will_v have_v have_v oil_n of_o the_o wise_a but_o say_v they_o we_o have_v none_o to_o spare_v none_o to_o communicate_v why_o because_o they_o have_v not_o a_o fountain_n but_o still_o now_o in_o jesus_n christ_n there_o be_v a_o fullness_n as_o a_o fountain_n
