wholesome_a the_o body_n and_o blood_n of_o christ_n be_v to_o feed_v and_o refresh_v it_o how_o pleasant_a they_o be_v to_o the_o taste_n of_o the_o soul_n and_o how_o comfortable_a &_o refectory_n to_o the_o heart_n last_o as_o the_o empty_n of_o the_o stomach_n of_o phlegm_n and_o bad_a humour_n procure_v a_o appetite_n to_o meat_n so_o if_o we_o will_v pâ—rge_v ourselves_o of_o our_o sin_n &_o cleanse_v our_o stomach_n of_o the_o phlegm_n of_o wickedness_n we_o shall_v have_v a_o great_a deal_n better_a appetite_n to_o the_o food_n of_o our_o soul_n chap._n 11._o the_o first_o thing_n whereof_o we_o must_v make_v our_o examination_n be_v of_o our_o humility_n for_o we_o must_v come_v in_o all_o lowliness_n of_o spirit_n first_o therefore_o we_o must_v humble_o confess_v with_o nehemiah_n that_o we_o have_v 7._o nehe._n 1._o 7._o grievous_o sin_v and_o with_o daniâ—l_n that_o we_o have_v commit_v iniquity_n 5_o daniâ—l_n 9_o 5_o and_o rebel_v against_o god_n and_o that_o we_o do_v but_o our_o
