intend_v they_o to_o be_v so_o though_o in_o the_o mean_a time_n he_o deceive_v himself_o and_o be_v in_o danger_n of_o deceive_v other_o with_o false_a notion_n though_o i_o grant_v a_o contrary_a practice_n a_o practice_n that_o be_v repugnant_a to_o false_a notion_n so_o long_o as_o person_n do_v not_o willing_o oppose_v clear_a light_n it_o alter_v the_o case_n very_o much_o as_o to_o faith_n itself_o be_v part_n of_o this_o object_n and_o if_o so_o than_o it_o follow_v first_o that_o faith_n be_v a_o part_n of_o christ_n righteousness_n 2_o that_o faith_n take_v hold_v of_o and_o embrace_v faith_n for_o christ_n righteousness_n and_o so_o three_o that_o one_o part_n of_o the_o object_n take_v hold_v upon_o and_o embrace_v another_o thus_o person_n may_v see_v if_o they_o will_v not_o on_o set_v purpose_n shut_v their_o eve_n what_o a_o confusion_n and_o jumble_v this_o make_v i._n e._n the_o assert_v the_o righteousness_n of_o and_o by_o faith_n to_o be_v christ_n righteousness_n not_o faith_n but_o the_o object_n â—nly_o but_o if_o this_o man_n will_v take_v notice_n and_o labour_n â—o_o understand_v i_o will_v tell_v he_o again_o what_o i_o hold_v in_o this_o particular_a i._n e._n faith_n as_o it_o be_v the_o soul_n consent_v to_o renounce_v the_o world_n the_o flesh_n and_o the_o devil_n and_o thankful_o to_o accept_v of_o christ_n to_o be_v its_o only_a saviour_n which_o include_v his_o take_v he_o in_o all_o his_o office_n and_o a_o purpose_n through_o assist_v grace_n of_o obedience_n to_o the_o death_n be_v a_o conformity_n to_o the_o gospel_n which_o be_v christ_n law_n of_o grace_n and_o as_o it_o be_v a_o conformity_n hereunto_o by_o the_o scripture_n it_o be_v call_v a_o righteousness_n and_o this_o faith_n justify_v not_o nor_o give_v any_o soul_n interest_n in_o christ_n and_o a_o right_a to_o the_o blessing_n purchase_v by_o he_o contain_v in_o the_o covenant_n of_o grace_n as_o a_o mere_a act_n but_o as_o by_o it_o the_o soul_n he_o will_v say_v as_o he_o seem_v to_o intimate_v that_o god_n and_o christ_n as_o saviour_n and_o redeemer_n in_o all_o his_o office_n be_v we_o after_o the_o same_o manner_n that_o he_o faith_n christ_n righteousness_n be_v make_v we_o i._n e._n by_o god_n imputation_n or_o his_o account_v it_o in_o its_o self_n to_o be_v the_o formal_a righteousness_n of_o our_o person_n he_o implicit_o say_v this_o if_o he_o will_v say_v that_o god_n infinite_a perfection_n which_o be_v his_o essence_n and_o so_o god_n himself_o be_v make_v by_o his_o imputation_n or_o be_v in_o his_o account_n christ_n according_a to_o this_o man_n be_v own_o grant_n and_o if_o the_o believe_a sinner_n be_v one_o of_o the_o confederate_n hereupon_o then_o god_n promise_v the_o blessing_n that_o be_v connect_v with_o this_o faith_n must_v be_v the_o other_o and_o that_o with_o relation_n to_o the_o believe_a sinner_n see_v the_o blessing_n of_o pardon_n and_o life_n connect_v with_o his_o faith_n respect_v he_o and_o not_o christ_n for_o christ_n himself_o need_v pardon_v or_o a_o right_n to_o life_n for_o he_o never_o be_v that_o i_o can_v find_v in_o a_o guilty_a perish_a condition_n as_o a_o sinner_n so_o that_o now_o if_o there_o be_v no_o covenant_n of_o grace_n as_o this_o man_n have_v affirm_v make_v betwixt_o god_n and_o sinner_n but_o only_o betwixt_o god_n and_o christ_n and_o yet_o christ_n can_v be_v no_o paâ—ty_n in_o this_o covenant_n but_o believe_v sinner_n go_v we_o upon_o his_o own_o concession_n how_o must_v these_o thing_n be_v reconcile_v or_o this_o man_n be_v
