and_o believe_v because_o as_o yet_o they_o know_v not_o the_o scripture_n that_o he_o must_v rise_v again_o from_o the_o dead_a lo_o here_o be_v a_o good_a excuse_n for_o the_o weakness_n of_o their_o faith_n but_o what_o excuse_n can_v be_v lay_v down_o for_o we_o nay_o what_o shame_n be_v it_o for_o we_o that_o have_v the_o testimony_n of_o their_o truth_n see_v by_o they_o and_o write_v by_o they_o to_o we_o and_o for_o we_o that_o we_o will_v not_o read_v the_o holy_a scripture_n or_o read_v so_o little_o believe_v they_o or_o believe_v so_o little_a regard_n they_o that_o we_o may_v justly_o be_v say_v to_o be_v without_o either_o faith_n or_o love_n either_o to_o seek_v or_o find_v christ_n or_o almost_o to_o hear_v or_o think_v of_o he_o either_o in_o his_o word_n his_o sepulchre_n or_o his_o mercy_n but_o god_n for_o his_o mercy_n sake_n turn_v our_o heart_n and_o inspire_v our_o soul_n with_o the_o gracious_a power_n of_o his_o glorious_a holy_a spirit_n that_o run_v from_o the_o sink_n of_o sin_n we_o may_v come_v to_o the_o sepulchre_n of_o christ_n and_o that_o with_o mary_n sorrow_n johns_n love_n &_o peter_n faith_n we_o may_v rise_v early_o in_o the_o prime_n of_o our_o year_n and_o through_o the_o dark_a of_o sin_n break_v out_o into_o the_o day_n light_n of_o grace_n that_o may_v bring_v we_o to_o the_o fight_n of_o our_o soul_n comfort_n in_o the_o resurrection_n of_o our_o bless_a saviour_n to_o who_o now_o sit_v at_o the_o right_a hand_n of_o god_n in_o all_o absolute_a power_n wisdom_n peace_n grace_n and_o mercy_n truth_n bounty_n love_n life_n and_o glory_n with_o our_o heavenly_a father_n and_o his_o holy_a spirit_n one_o almighty_a and_o everliving_a god_n be_v ascribe_v and_o give_v all_o due_a honour_n praise_v dominion_n eye_n be_v witness_v of_o more_o than_o mary_n have_v yet_o in_o her_o word_n deliver_v for_o that_o she_o have_v not_o yet_o presume_v either_o to_o go_v in_o or_o so_o much_o as_o to_o look_v in_o into_o the_o sepulchre_n they_o return_v home_o without_o have_v further_o conference_n with_o she_o rather_o willing_a to_o leave_v her_o mourning_n for_o her_o love_n than_o to_o fill_v her_o head_n full_a of_o doubt_n what_o may_v become_v of_o her_o lord_n and_o therefore_o it_o be_v say_v they_o return_v to_o their_o own_o home_n neither_o commend_v she_o for_o her_o truth_n nor_o give_v her_o thanks_n for_o her_o report_n she_o have_v make_v nor_o advise_v she_o to_o seek_v further_o aâ—ter_v he_o nor_o counsel_v she_o to_o stay_v there_o long_o for_o he_o but_o be_v themselves_o ignorant_a where_o to_o seek_v he_o they_o leave_v she_o to_o god_n pleasure_n to_o dispose_v either_o of_o she_o stay_v there_o or_o her_o departure_n from_o thence_o by_o this_o i_o gather_v that_o if_o we_o shall_v inquire_v of_o the_o minister_n of_o god_n holy_a word_n touch_v any_o such_o point_n as_o in_o the_o holy_a scripture_n be_v not_o lay_v down_o we_o must_v not_o take_v it_o amiss_o if_o we_o be_v leave_v unto_o the_o mercy_n of_o god_n holy_a spirit_n for_o the_o revelation_n of_o his_o holy_a will_n rather_o than_o to_o â—â—ll_v our_o head_n with_o such_o cogitation_n as_o neither_o the_o scripture_n do_v warrant_n may_v perhaps_o please_v god_n nor_o fall_v out_o to_o our_o comfort_n but_o yet_o let_v we_o with_o mary_n go_v to_o the_o disciple_n of_o christ_n to_o inquire_v and_o learn_v of_o they_o what_o we_o may_v for_o our_o comfort_n but_o if_o we_o can_v not_o be_v resolve_v then_o let_v we_o run_v to_o christ_n with_o incessant_a prayer_n that_o we_o may_v ask_v and_o receive_v at_o the_o hand_n of_o his_o mercy_n that_o he_o shall_v in_o his_o sacred_a wisdom_n find_v to_o be_v most_o to_o his_o glory_n and_o our_o comfort_n and_o thus_o much_o of_o the_o disciple_n return_v again_o to_o their_o own_o home_n now_o it_o follow_v but_o marie_n stand_v without_o at_o the_o sepulchre_n weep_v &_o as_o she_o weep_v she_o bow_v herself_o into_o the_o sepulchre_n see_v here_o as_o i_o have_v say_v before_o three_o excellent_a note_n to_o be_v observe_v in_o the_o love_n of_o mary_n to_o her_o lord_n christ_n constancy_n modesty_n and_o humility_n constancy_n in_o that_o though_o the_o disciple_n return_v home_o she_o stay_v still_o modesty_n in_o that_o she_o stand_v as_o it_o be_v say_v without_o at_o the_o sepulchre_n humility_n that_o she_o bow_v herself_o to_o look_v in_o but_o will_v not_o presume_v to_o go_v in_o though_o the_o disciple_n have_v be_v there_o before_o she_o how_o little_a be_v this_o first_o part_n of_o commendation_n in_o mary_n love_n at_o these_o day_n follow_v let_v they_o to_o who_o god_n have_v give_v grace_n to_o find_v it_o in_o themselves_o in_o sorrowful_a sigh_n confess_v it_o to_o his_o mercy_n and_o with_o tear_n of_o true_a repentance_n amend_v it_o to_o his_o glory_n oh_o constancy_n the_o true_a testimony_n of_o the_o heart_n love_n and_o the_o su_a token_n of_o the_o soul_n comfort_n to_o love_n christ_n be_v a_o bless_a gift_n of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n
