receive_v the_o punishment_n aforesaid_a and_o refuse_v to_o have_v fellowship_n with_o they_o and_o this_o be_v the_o great_a punishment_n that_o ever_o the_o true_a church_n inflict_v upon_o any_o though_o they_o be_v rebellious_a and_o this_o be_v the_o way_n to_o make_v true_a believer_n of_o people_n which_o force_n and_o compulsion_n by_o penal_a law_n will_v never_o do_v though_o its_o true_a compulsive_a law_n may_v make_v many_o of_o they_o hypocrite_n who_o fear_v man_n more_o than_o god_n but_o they_o who_o fear_v not_o man_n that_o can_v kill_v the_o body_n and_o can_v do_v no_o more_o but_o fear_v the_o lord_n god_n almighty_a above_o all_o such_o will_v not_o bow_v to_o the_o compulsive_a law_n of_o man_n which_o violate_v the_o righteous_a law_n of_o god_n in_o to_o ask_v what_o church_n the_o church_n build_v however_o this_o i_o say_v they_o who_o be_v member_n of_o the_o true_a church_n do_v build_v up_o one_o another_o in_o their_o most_o holy_a faith_n judas_n 20._o and_o as_o for_o monastery_n or_o monk-house_n we_o hear_v of_o such_o thing_n that_o be_v in_o be_v in_o the_o apostle_n day_n neither_o do_v we_o believe_v that_o there_o be_v any_o which_o book_n we_o have_v cause_n to_o judge_n be_v his_o own_o only_a work_n and_o not_o the_o church_n in_o which_o we_o find_v he_o condemn_v himself_o for_o the_o thing_n which_o he_o be_v do_v for_o as_o appear_v by_o his_o aforesaid_a title_n himself_o undertake_v to_o decide_v controversy_n and_o in_o his_o 6_o chapter_n he_o affirm_v '_o that_o the_o church_n be_v the_o only_a judge_n or_o decider_n of_o all_o controversy_n but_o this_o be_v that_o his_o confusion_n may_v the_o more_o appear_v as_o it_o have_v do_v in_o many_o other_o thing_n as_o may_v be_v see_v in_o this_o small_a treatise_n and_o sure_o if_o the_o pope_n have_v no_o better_a servant_n then_o a._n s._n to_o do_v his_o work_n for_o he_o he_o have_v better_o keep_v they_o idle_a than_o to_o employ_v they_o in_o such_o a_o work_n for_o in_o the_o end_n they_o will_v bring_v more_o shame_n to_o he_o than_o they_o will_v honour_v for_o such_o like_a confusion_n and_o other_o abomination_n have_v already_o make_v the_o very_a name_n of_o the_o pope_n a_o ill_a favour_n to_o all_o true_a christian_n and_o one_o thing_n more_o in_o a._n s._n his_o 6_o chapter_n i_o can_v well_o omit_v to_o observe_v where_o he_o say_v the_o spirit_n inspire_v when_o he_o will_v and_o you_o hear_v his_o voice_n but_o can_v tell_v whence_o from_o god_n or_o the_o devil_n he_o do_v come_v or_o whither_o to_o heaven_n or_o to_o hell_n he_o do_v go_v and_o then_o say_v so_o be_v every_o one_o that_o be_v bear_v of_o the_o spirit_n and_o to_o prove_v this_o he_o quote_v luke_o 9.55_o where_o christ_n scripture_n of_o the_o old_a testament_n because_o the_o other_o be_v not_o then_o write_v and_o those_o scripture_n of_o the_o prophet_n be_v they_o that_o testify_v of_o christ_n who_o be_v the_o great_a salvation_n of_o god_n and_o god_n say_v by_o the_o prophet_n he_o have_v give_v he_o a_o covenant_n of_o light_a to_o lighten_v the_o gentile_n to_o be_v for_o salvation_n to_o the_o end_n of_o the_o earth_n and_o the_o prophet_n likewise_o show_v the_o time_n when_o and_o the_o place_n where_o this_o messiah_n shall_v be_v bear_v and_o bring_v forth_o in_o that_o body_n which_o be_v notwithstanding_o will_v say_v christ_n have_v a_o distinct_a be_v from_o his_o spirit_n which_o be_v of_o his_o giving_n forth_o and_o thus_o as_o fancy_n lead_v he_o he_o affirm_v thing_n as_o in_o page_n 43._o he_o say_v if_o scripture_n be_v deny_v to_o be_v the_o word_n of_o god_n it_o make_v void_a the_o exercise_n of_o faith_n for_o faith_n must_v be_v exercise_v in_o the_o scripture_n or_o of_o god_n manifest_v in_o he_o who_o be_v the_o author_n of_o true_a faith_n or_o the_o begetter_n thereof_o and_o be_v also_o the_o object_n thereof_o in_o which_o it_o be_v exercise_v and_o in_o who_o it_o stand_v who_o all_o must_v hear_v that_o receive_v the_o true_a faith_n which_o be_v the_o victory_n that_o overcome_v the_o world_n and_o which_o give_v access_n unto_o god_n in_o which_o be_v intent_n and_o thus_o his_o confusion_n appear_v from_o time_n to_o time_n and_o moreover_o if_o in_o such_o a_o dangerous_a time_n as_o he_o suppose_v this_o to_o be_v the_o spirit_n be_v the_o that_o there_o be_v many_o false_a spirit_n go_v out_o into_o the_o world_n i_o grant_v and_o that_o be_v a_o false_a babilonish_a spirit_n that_o contradict_v itself_o as_o the_o spirit_n of_o j.n._n have_v do_v as_o before_o show_v and_o that_o be_v the_o true_a spirit_n of_o grace_n which_o teach_v to_o live_v godlike_a in_o this_o present_a world_n but_o that_o which_o lead_v into_o confusion_n be_v not_o godlike_a but_o such_o be_v the_o spirit_n of_o j.n._n therefore_o not_o to_o be_v receive_v and_o that_o all_o opinion_n and_o spirit_n be_v to_o be_v try_v by_o the_o law_n and_o testimony_n i_o own_o but_o what_o be_v this_o law_n and_o testimony_n be_v it_o not_o the_o light_n and_o spirit_n in_o the_o inward_a part_n for_o solomon_n say_v the_o law_n be_v light_a and_o though_o a_o fool_n can_v err_v and_o without_o this_o there_o be_v none_o able_a to_o understand_v the_o scripture_n nor_o to_o practice_v they_o because_o of_o ourselves_o we_o can_v do_v nothing_o yet_o we_o be_v willing_a to_o have_v our_o doctrine_n principle_n and_o practice_n try_v by_o the_o scripture_n of_o truth_n but_o than_o say_v j.n._n the_o most_o dangerous_a spirit_n be_v this_o that_o which_o be_v to_o be_v receive_v in_o the_o life_n that_o be_v to_o come_v for_o if_o the_o earnest_a of_o the_o incorruptible_a inheritance_n which_o be_v a_o part_n thereof_o be_v not_o receive_v in_o this_o life_n what_o true_a comfort_n can_v there_o be_v enjoy_v in_o this_o life_n so_o then_o that_o spirit_n of_o grace_n or_o word_n of_o grace_n which_o manifest_v its_o light_n and_o strength_n in_o the_o inward_a part_n by_o its_o own_o operation_n for_o the_o beget_n of_o faith_n in_o and_o concern_v itself_o in_o all_o that_o hear_v and_o receive_v it_o this_o i_o say_v be_v not_o to_o be_v shun_v but_o adhere_v unto_o by_o all_o as_o unto_o the_o author_n of_o true_a faith_n see_v faith_n come_v by_o hear_v and_o hear_v by_o the_o word_n of_o god_n and_o the_o
