and_o blow_v up_o parliament_n house_n but_o we_o leave_v it_o free_a and_o to_o be_v only_o of_o those_o sin_n which_o most_o trouble_v the_o conscience_n and_o hinder_v the_o peace_n of_o the_o soul_n three_o we_o enjoin_v it_o not_o at_o set_a time_n as_o once_o a_o year_n 3._o at_o easter_n but_o only_o when_o the_o forenamed_a occasion_n be_v offer_v four_o we_o say_v it_o may_v be_v make_v not_o to_o a_o priest_n only_o 4._o or_o friar_n and_o their_o own_o parish_n priest_n but_o if_o the_o minister_n be_v a_o fit_a man_n then_o to_o he_o and_o if_o he_o be_v not_o then_o to_o some_o other_o minister_n or_o in_o the_o defect_n of_o such_o a_o one_o then_o to_o some_o ordinary_a faithful_a christian_a to_o who_o he_o may_v discover_v his_o trouble_n with_o the_o cause_n of_o
