many_o day_n and_o want_v nothing_o of_o those_o thing_n here_o below_o which_o seem_v most_o precious_a and_o glorious_a in_o the_o eye_n of_o man_n what_o shall_v i_o say_v more_o we_o be_v more_o trouble_v with_o the_o fear_n and_o dread_n of_o our_o natural_a death_n the_o death_n of_o our_o body_n which_o if_o our_o life_n be_v such_o as_o they_o ought_v to_o be_v will_v be_v more_o desire_v then_o fear_v of_o we_o be_v the_o entrance_n into_o that_o promise_a rest_n and_o happiness_n then_o of_o the_o death_n of_o our_o spirit_n yea_o of_o our_o soul_n and_o body_n even_o that_o fearful_a &_o most_o dreadful_a death_n which_o be_v the_o second_o death_n when_o as_o the_o soul_n present_o after_o the_o dissolution_n and_o separation_n of_o it_o from_o the_o body_n in_o the_o end_n of_o this_o life_n and_o both_o soul_n and_o body_n even_o the_o whole_a man_n immediate_o after_o the_o day_n of_o judgement_n have_v receive_v their_o final_a doom_n shall_v be_v deliver_v up_o unto_o eternal_a death_n and_o condemnation_n in_o hell_n where_o they_o shall_v be_v punish_v with_o everlasting_a perdition_n from_o the_o presence_n of_o the_o lord_n and_o from_o the_o glory_n of_o his_o power_n sure_o many_o such_o there_o be_v in_o all_o place_n who_o have_v so_o small_a sense_n and_o feel_n of_o the_o great_a evil_n both_o present_a and_o imminent_a that_o be_v more_o grieve_v and_o trouble_v for_o the_o approach_n of_o some_o lesser_a evil_n then_o of_o the_o great_a misery_n that_o can_v possible_o befall_v a_o man_n the_o very_a remembrance_n and_o consideration_n whereof_o be_v enough_o to_o breed_v a_o horror_n and_o astonishment_n in_o the_o mind_n of_o the_o hardy_a the_o most_o obstinate_a and_o impenitent_a sinner_n if_o he_o shall_v have_v a_o right_a apprehension_n of_o it_o oh_o the_o folly_n of_o such_o man_n who_o see_v not_o how_o satan_n have_v blind_v and_o besot_v they_o that_o they_o shall_v be_v as_o those_o who_o have_v no_o understanding_n no_o discern_a of_o thing_n that_o differ_v so_o exceed_o o_o bless_a lord_n open_v their_o eye_n that_o they_o may_v have_v a_o sight_n of_o their_o great_a misery_n touch_v their_o heart_n that_o they_o may_v have_v a_o feel_n of_o that_o which_o shall_v be_v their_o great_a grief_n and_o wherewith_o they_o shall_v be_v most_o affect_v and_o keep_v thy_o servant_n from_o fall_v at_o any_o time_n into_o that_o vain_a and_o foolish_a opinion_n and_o imagination_n of_o they_o let_v we_o always_o fear_v thy_o displeasure_n more_o than_o the_o angry_a countenance_n of_o any_o mortal_a man_n whatsoever_o let_v we_o be_v more_o afraid_a to_o be_v despise_v and_o reject_v of_o thou_o or_o to_o be_v such_o as_o thou_o take_v no_o pleasure_n no_o delight_n in_o then_o to_o be_v disgrace_v and_o contemn_v of_o the_o whole_a world_n esteem_v the_o filth_n and_o ofscouring_n of_o all_o thing_n man_n unworthy_a to_o live_v upon_o the_o earth_n let_v we_o choose_v rather_o to_o incur_v the_o danger_n of_o the_o loss_n of_o our_o good_n land_n substance_n and_o to_o be_v content_a to_o have_v our_o outward_a estate_n in_o this_o world_n ourselves_o into_o danger_n of_o the_o loss_n of_o those_o unsearchable_a riches_n and_o treasure_n of_o life_n glory_n and_o endless_a felicity_n even_o those_o far_o more_o excellent_a and_o glorious_a thing_n which_o thou_o have_v promise_v and_o prepare_v for_o all_o thy_o saint_n in_o that_o heavenly_a kingdom_n let_v we_o not_o fear_v the_o death_n of_o these_o mortal_a body_n of_o and_o sometime_o again_o as_o though_o he_o have_v forget_v they_o he_o seem_v to_o hide_v and_o to_o absent_v himself_o from_o they_o and_o suffer_v they_o to_o be_v assail_v with_o some_o grievous_a temptation_n so_o that_o their_o day_n be_v turn_v into_o night_n their_o light_n into_o darkness_n their_o joy_n and_o gladness_n into_o sorrow_n and_o heaviness_n and_o this_o the_o lord_n do_v deceitful_a world_n call_v they_o and_o allure_v they_o with_o the_o entice_a promise_n of_o earthly_a and_o temporal_a thing_n pleasure_n profit_n honour_n even_o those_o thing_n which_o be_v fade_a and_o transitory_a and_o they_o be_v ready_a to_o follow_v it_o present_o and_o to_o show_v themselves_o serviceable_a unto_o it_o with_o all_o willingness_n and_o readiness_n that_o may_v be_v yea_o to_o undergo_v much_o labour_n and_o toil_n and_o to_o endure_v great_a hardship_n and_o to_o pass_v through_o many_o difficulty_n in_o the_o earnestness_n of_o their_o desire_n to_o attain_v unto_o that_o whereof_o notwithstanding_o they_o fail_v oft_o time_n and_o come_v short_a of_o their_o hope_n and_o expectation_n let_v god_n who_o word_n be_v truth_n and_o who_o never_o fail_v any_o in_o that_o which_o he_o promise_v unto_o they_o nor_o deceive_v they_o that_o rest_n upon_o he_o and_o give_v credit_n unto_o his_o word_n but_o satisfi_v they_o most_o abundant_o and_o return_v more_o which_o alone_o consist_v true_a blessedness_n and_o eternal_a felicity_n and_o happiness_n o_o lord_n let_v i_o never_o be_v so_o foolish_a as_o the_o man_n of_o this_o world_n be_v in_o who_o there_o be_v no_o understanding_n let_v i_o be_v more_o careful_a to_o serve_v thou_o than_o they_o be_v to_o serve_v the_o world_n even_o that_o curse_a mammon_n which_o they_o make_v their_o god_n let_v i_o labour_v more_o for_o spiritual_a and_o heavenly_a thing_n such_o as_o shall_v remain_v and_o abide_v for_o ever_o then_o for_o those_o thing_n which_o be_v carnal_a and_o earthly_a and_o such_o as_o be_v of_o no_o continuance_n but_o shall_v quick_o perish_v and_o pass_v away_o as_o a_o shadow_n and_o be_v quite_o forget_v even_o as_o if_o they_o have_v never_o be_v yea_o let_v i_o always_o prefer_v that_o inestimable_a price_n of_o glory_n that_o chief_a that_o unchangeable_a and_o everlasting_a good_a which_o thou_o have_v promise_v and_o prepare_v for_o thy_o saint_n in_o that_o celestial_a kingdom_n which_o i_o daily_o expect_v and_o hope_v for_o before_o all_o the_o allure_a and_o deceitful_a vanity_n the_o seem_a and_o suppose_a good_a yea_o all_o the_o most_o precious_a and_o glorious_a thing_n of_o this_o world_n whatsoever_o wherewith_o those_o that_o be_v earthly-minded_n be_v so_o great_o enamour_v and_o wherein_o they_o place_v the_o height_n of_o their_o false_a and_o imaginary_a felicity_n and_o happiness_n the_o spirit_n of_o god_n be_v the_o life_n of_o the_o soul_n as_o be_v the_o body_n without_o the_o soul_n so_o be_v the_o soul_n without_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n which_o be_v the_o life_n thereof_o if_o there_o be_v a_o separation_n of_o the_o soul_n of_o man_n what_o be_v his_o body_n but_o a_o dead_a and_o a_o liveles_a corpse_n or_o carcase_n have_v no_o sense_n or_o motion_n it_o can_v once_o breathe_v or_o stir_v itself_o nor_o put_v forth_o any_o power_n for_o the_o performance_n of_o the_o least_o action_n so_o be_v it_o with_o the_o soul_n of_o every_o one_o in_o who_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n be_v want_v or_o from_o who_o it_o be_v depart_v there_o be_v no_o life_n no_o vigour_n no_o power_n or_o soul_n which_o be_v without_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n and_o so_o destitute_a of_o the_o life_n of_o grace_n can_v show_v forth_o any_o certain_a sign_n and_o effect_n of_o a_o spiritual_a life_n o_o lord_n i_o have_v find_v by_o experience_n what_o a_o deadness_n there_o be_v upon_o i_o if_o thou_o at_o any_o time_n withdrawe_v thy_o spirit_n and_o do_v not_o cause_v it_o to_o work_v effectual_o upon_o my_o soul_n without_o the_o continual_a presence_n and_o assistance_n thereof_o i_o be_o not_o able_a to_o do_v no_o not_o to_o will_n or_o desire_v in_o any_o sort_n that_o which_o be_v good_a be_v as_o pure_a and_o as_o holy_a as_o the_o angel_n themselves_o those_o heavenly_a spirit_n yet_o if_o the_o lord_n shall_v not_o sustain_v he_o with_o his_o especial_a grace_n and_o continue_v
