wherefore_o christ_n wonder_v at_o the_o great_a charity_n of_o the_o father_n say_v so_o god_n love_v the_o world_n that_o he_o give_v his_o only_a beget_v son_n for_o it_o and_o in_o a_o other_o place_n speak_v of_o himself_o he_o say_v none_o have_v any_o great_a love_n then_o to_o spend_v his_o life_n for_o his_o friend_n wherefore_o s._n john_n say_v in_o this_o we_o have_v know_v the_o love_n god_n for_o that_o he_o have_v spend_v his_o own_o life_n for_o our_o sake_n man_n know_v not_o neither_o can_v he_o imagine_v the_o god_n can_v show_v any_o great_a love_n than_o that_o which_o he_o have_v show_v with_o give_v we_o his_o own_o son_n upon_o the_o cross_n there_o be_v also_o some_o which_o say_v that_o the_o great_a sign_n of_o love_n which_o god_n have_v show_v we_o have_v be_v in_o give_v we_o his_o spirit_n forasmuch_o as_o although_o god_n have_v create_v we_o and_o bestow_v innumerable_a benefit_n upon_o we_o with_o give_v we_o also_o christ_n upon_o the_o cross_n we_o shall_v in_o no_o wise_a have_v be_v holpen_v if_o god_n with_o his_o spirit_n have_v not_o open_v our_o mind_n &_o make_v we_o feel_v in_o deed_n his_o great_a goodness_n &_o love_n other_o say_v that_o god_n shall_v then_o show_v great_a love_n they_o at_o any_o other_o time_n when_o at_o the_o day_n of_o judgement_n he_o raise_v we_o again_o glorious_a both_o in_o respect_n of_o our_o soul_n &_o also_o of_o our_o body_n &_o deliver_v we_o from_o all_o evil_a of_o this_o present_a life_n &_o of_o the_o life_n to_o come_v shall_v set_v we_o in_o quiet_a restful_a &_o peaceable_a possession_n of_o heaven_n &_o of_o the_o most_o high_a &_o perpetual_a felicity_n with_o make_v we_o always_o to_o enjoy_v &_o use_v the_o most_o pleasant_a fruit_n of_o the_o passion_n &_o death_n of_o christ_n &_o of_o his_o divine_a grace_n and_o i_o judge_v that_o the_o great_a love_n which_o god_n have_v show_v unto_o we_o have_v be_v in_o purpose_v from_o all_o eternity_n in_o his_o divine_a mind_n to_o save_v we_o with_o his_o most_o perfect_a felicity_n high_a triumph_n of_o christ_n and_o his_o most_o great_a glory_n forasmuch_o as_o this_o benefit_n include_v in_o it_o all_o other_o the_o which_o do_v depend_v on_o it_o alone_o inasmuch_o as_o forbicause_fw-mi he_o determine_v to_o save_v we_o with_o our_o most_o high_a glory_n therefore_o he_o create_v we_o so_o noble_a after_o his_o own_o likeness_n &_o capable_a of_o he_o &_o the_o world_n for_o to_o serve_v we_o for_o this_o cause_n he_o suffer_v sin_n to_o this_o end_n he_o chastise_v we_o call_v we_o bid_v we_o tarry_v for_o we_o dissimule_v himself_o tollerate_v we_o &_o bestow_v innumerable_a benefit_n upon_o we_o for_o this_o cause_n he_o send_v the_o patriarch_n give_v a_o law_n by_o moses_n send_v the_o prophet_n &_o last_o his_o own_o son_n for_o this_o cause_n he_o appoint_v that_o they_o shall_v preach_v work_v miracle_n &_o do_v all_o that_o which_o they_o do_v for_o this_o cause_n he_o send_v christ_n the_o last_o he_o shall_v die_v upon_o the_o cross_n and_o likewise_o because_o he_o have_v elect_v we_o to_o most_o perfect_a felicytie_n therefore_o christ_n arise_v again_o ascend_v into_o heaven_n &_o send_v the_o holy_a ghost_n like_a as_o he_o send_v it_o invisible_o always_o upon_o his_o elect_a and_o likewise_o also_o for_o because_o he_o have_v predestinate_v we_o to_o the_o glory_n therefore_o he_o send_v christ_n to_o judge_v the_o quick_a &_o the_o dead_a we_o shall_v be_v by_o he_o through_o christ_n take_v up_o to_o a_o most_o high_a &_o perpetual_a felicity_n god_n therefore_o love_v we_o with_o a_o infinite_a love_n &_o have_v show_v his_o love_n in_o so_o great_a &_o exceed_a mean_n let_v we_o beseech_v he_o that_o he_o will_v give_v we_o a_o spiritual_a taste_n &_o feel_v of_o he_o to_z the_o intent_n that_o through_o christ_n we_o may_v render_v unto_o he_o all_o honour_n and_o glory_n amen_n how_o christ_n upon_o the_o cross_n draw_v every_o thing_n unto_o he_o sermon_n 9_o he_o that_o will_v due_o behold_v christ_n upon_o the_o cross_n shall_v see_v that_o with_o a_o most_o earnest_a violence_n &_o by_o all_o mean_v possible_a he_o draw_v all_o thing_n unto_o he_o first_o for_o that_o word_n especial_o when_o they_o be_v pronounce_v which_o eloquence_n order_n &_o pithy_a propriety_n be_v most_o effectual_a to_o move_v man_n heart_n &_o to_o draw_v they_o unto_o it_o as_o have_v be_v &_o be_v see_v continual_o in_o orator_n wherefore_o christ_n upon_o the_o chair_n of_o the_o cross_n be_v not_o dumb_a yea_o he_o speak_v word_n that_o will_v move_v &_o draw_v unto_o he_o any_o harden_a faithless_a &_o obstinate_a hart_n and_o although_o christ_n have_v in_o his_o life_n time_n speak_v and_o his_o word_n be_v altogether_o divine_a notwtstāding_v those_o word_n which_o he_o pronounce_v upon_o the_o cross_n be_v of_o so_o much_o force_n above_o all_o other_o &_o so_o much_o more_o effectual_a &_o violent_a as_o that_o being_z the_o last_o &_o pronounce_v by_o the_o son_n of_o god_n when_o already_o near_o unto_o death_n he_o be_v in_o great_a torment_n they_o be_v full_a of_o exceed_a wisdom_n swetnes_n pity_n goodness_n righteousness_n &_o charity_n as_o every_o one_o prove_v which_o with_o the_o spirit_n do_v taste_v they_o the_o gesture_n also_o do_v help_v when_o they_o be_v fit_o apply_v unto_o the_o word_n to_o move_v great_o wherefore_o when_o a_o mother_n will_v have_v her_o young_a son_n come_v unto_o she_o she_o do_v not_o only_o call_v he_o but_o also_o prove_v he_o the_o more_o with_o becken_v her_o head_n and_o with_o open_v her_o arm_n the_o which_o christ_n also_o do_v for_o to_o draw_v we_o unto_o he_o forasmuch_o as_o he_o stretch_v out_o his_o arm_n upon_o the_o cross_n as_o if_o he_o will_v say_v behold_v that_o i_o open_v and_o offer_v myself_o unto_o all_o man_n ready_a and_o prepare_v to_o receive_v and_o embrace_v every_o sinner_n which_o by_o my_o mean_n do_v thirst_n for_o his_o salvation_n or_o if_o thou_o have_v see_v with_o what_o &_o how_o great_a fiery_a tear_n burn_a sigh_n and_o exceed_a love_n he_o lift_v up_o his_o eye_n to_o heaven_n to_o pray_v for_o we_o &_o with_o what_o sweet_a pity_n he_o debase_v himself_o and_o behold_v those_o which_o have_v nail_v he_o on_o the_o cross_n and_o other_o who_o be_v present_a if_o thy_o heart_n be_v a_o thousand_o time_n hard_a than_o a_o adamant_n stone_n thou_o shall_v in_o any_o wise_a have_v be_v constrain_v that_o it_o shall_v not_o only_o be_v mollyfy_v make_v feeble_a and_o pleasant_a but_o moult_a chief_a see_v that_o for_o thy_o love_n blood_n guish_v out_o from_o every_o part_n of_o he_o and_o if_o the_o wisdom_n of_o solomon_n can_v work_v so_o much_o in_o the_o queen_n of_o sabba_n that_o with_o cause_v she_o to_o leave_v her_o rich_a and_o delicate_a kingdom_n draw_v she_o from_o so_o far_o a_o country_n to_o travail_v even_o to_o his_o presence_n for_o to_o hear_v he_o the_o wisdom_n of_o christ_n exceed_o show_v upon_o the_o cross_n ought_v so_o much_o the_o more_o effectuallly_n draw_v we_o from_o the_o world_n unto_o he_o as_o that_o his_o be_v the_o great_a without_o proportion_n wherefore_o also_o in_o christ_n upon_o the_o cross_n be_v fulfil_v all_o the_o prophet_n be_v verify_v all_o the_o scripture_n all_o shadow_n and_o figure_n be_v make_v manifest_a and_o all_o the_o treasure_n of_o the_o wisdom_n and_o knowledge_n of_o god_n be_v open_v wherefore_o as_o the_o most_o high_a perfect_a open_a and_o manifest_a truth_n he_o draw_v our_o mind_n to_o behold_v it_o in_o he_o and_o likewise_o also_o for_o that_o liberty_n especial_o of_o riches_n be_v most_o effectual_a in_o allure_a chief_o the_o poor_a and_o such_o as_o be_v in_o necessity_n therefore_o christ_n for_o to_o draw_v we_o unto_o he_o use_v towards_o we_o upon_o the_o cross_a a_o most_o high_a and_o exceed_a liberality_n forasmuch_o as_o by_o mere_a grace_n he_o not_o only_o deliver_v we_o from_o sin_n from_o the_o power_n of_o the_o devil_n and_o from_o all_o evil_a of_o this_o present_a life_n and_o of_o the_o life_n to_o come_v with_o make_v satisfaction_n for_o all_o our_o bond_n but_o also_o moreover_o give_v we_o all_o his_o divine_a treasure_n heaven_n and_o himself_o yea_o he_o draw_v we_o to_o he_o even_o with_o his_o righteousness_n inasmuch_o as_o we_o be_v draw_v and_o move_v to_o have_v compassion_n on_o he_o see_v that_o in_o he_o although_o he_o be_v most_o innocent_a the_o father_n with_o most_o rigorous_a justice_n punish_v all_o our_o sin_n notwythstandinge_v albeit_o upon_o the_o cross_n he_o stir_v we_o up_o with_o word_n provoke_v we_o with_o his_o deed_n and_o divine_a gesture_n call_v we_o
