false_a peace_n peace_n the_o great_a danger_n in_o the_o world_n in_o this_o regard_n be_v in_o the_o church_n for_o people_n under_o the_o gospel_n speak_v false_a peace_n to_o themselves_o there_o be_v a_o spirit_n of_o delusion_n that_o carry_v they_o along_o to_o their_o death_n and_o deceive_v they_o also_o in_o death_n and_o so_o they_o be_v in_o hell_n before_o they_o be_v aware_a and_o then_o too_o late_o they_o see_v that_o they_o be_v never_o in_o good_a term_n with_o god_n in_o all_o their_o life_n because_o they_o look_v on_o christ_n make_v peace_n without_o any_o consideration_n of_o the_o spirit_n of_o application_n application_n there_o must_v be_v a_o sprinkle_n of_o the_o blood_n of_o christ_n on_o our_o soul_n to_o make_v it_o our_o own_o we_o be_v come_v again_o watchfulness_n will_v prevent_v this_o and_o because_o it_o be_v a_o difficult_a thing_n to_o maintain_v term_n of_o peace_n with_o god_n covenant_n in_o regard_n of_o our_o indisposition_n we_o fall_v into_o breach_n with_o god_n daily_o therefore_o we_o shall_v often_o renew_v our_o covenant_n and_o purpose_n every_o day_n and_o if_o we_o have_v fall_v into_o any_o sin_n let_v we_o make_v use_n of_o our_o great_a peacemaker_n christ_n who_o be_v in_o heaven_n to_o make_v peace_n between_o god_n and_o we_o let_v we_o desire_v god_n for_o his_o sake_n to_o be_v reconcile_v unto_o we_o for_o god_n be_v in_o christ_n reconcile_a we_o unto_o he_o still_o the_o fruit_n of_o christ_n death_n remain_v still_o let_v we_o desire_v he_o to_o testify_v it_o unto_o we_o by_o his_o holy_a to_o the_o truth_n itself_o he_o will_v have_v man_n regard_v the_o thing_n speak_v not_o for_o the_o person_n that_o speak_v they_o but_o for_o the_o excellency_n of_o the_o thing_n if_o some_o life_n and_o operation_n and_o blessing_n that_o accompany_v other_o mean_n that_o do_v preach_v be_v the_o ordinary_a mean_n where_o it_o may_v be_v have_v object_n ay_o but_o this_o ordinance_n of_o god_n preach_v it_o be_v only_o for_o the_o lay_v the_o foundation_n of_o a_o church_n it_o be_v not_o for_o a_o church_n when_o it_o be_v build_v then_o other_o help_n or_o prayer_n and_o the_o like_a without_o this_o may_v suffice_v those_o that_o have_v such_o conceit_n answer_n they_o make_v themselves_o wise_a than_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n in_o s._n paul_n 4._o we_o see_v in_o ephes._n 4._o christ_n when_o he_o ascend_v on_o high_a preach_v he_o lead_v captivity_n captive_a he_o give_v gift_n to_o man_n some_o apostle_n some_o prophet_n some_o evangelist_n for_o the_o edify_a and_o build_v up_o of_o the_o church_n so_o that_o this_o ordinance_n it_o be_v necessary_a for_o build_v up_o still_o and_o for_o the_o knit_n of_o the_o member_n of_o christ_n together_o still_o therefore_o that_o be_v a_o vain_a excuse_n oh_o object_n but_o what_o need_v much_o less_o will_v fere_n he_o turn_v thus_o people_n grow_v to_o contemn_v and_o despise_v this_o heavenly_a let_v we_o labour_n to_o imitate_v christ_n in_o the_o manner_n of_o relieve_v and_o show_v kindness_n and_o communicate_v to_o other_o that_o we_o may_v do_v it_o as_o christ_n have_v do_v how_o be_v
