and_o his_o house_n when_o the_o rest_n of_o the_o tribe_n reject_v he_o be_v signify_v the_o loyal_a party_n in_o king_n charles_n his_o time_n that_o serve_v he_o faithful_o and_o follow_v his_o fortune_n these_o own_a he_o when_o the_o rest_n make_v it_o their_o constant_a business_n to_o oppose_v he_o and_o at_o last_o deprive_v he_o not_o of_o his_o kingdom_n only_o but_o his_o life_n well_o therefore_o be_v he_o liken_v to_o the_o lion_n of_o the_o tribe_n of_o juda._n and_o he_o be_v call_v the_o root_n of_o david_n as_o be_v when_o mr._n mede_n put_v forth_o his_o exposition_n the_o father_n of_o that_o afterward_o so_o glorious_a monarch_n k._n charles_n the_o second_o who_o carry_v in_o his_o life_n and_o reign_n so_o intimate_v a_o resemblance_n to_o the_o patriarch_n david_n for_o which_o it_o may_v suffice_v to_o refer_v the_o reader_n to_o the_o service_n of_o the_o church_n setforth_a upon_o occasion_n of_o his_o majesty_n most_o happy_a restauration_n for_o there_o the_o parallel_n be_v conspicuous_a only_o one_o thing_n may_v yet_o further_o be_v observe_v that_o as_o 17._o david_n so_o k._n charles_n ii_o also_o bring_v in_o again_o the_o ark_n of_o in_o restore_v both_o king_n and_o church_n in_o the_o year_n 1660_o on_o the_o other_o side_n be_v thing_n as_o worthy_a to_o be_v make_v the_o subject_n of_o this_o prophecy_n as_o any_o thing_n mean_v the_o church_n appear_v not_o only_o by_o his_o horn_n which_o constant_o in_o daniel_n and_o in_o this_o prophecy_n signify_v kingdom_n and_o we_o know_v the_o kingdom_n of_o the_o lamb_n be_v his_o church_n and_o by_o his_o eye_n which_o be_v expound_v the_o spirit_n angel_n or_o minister_n of_o god_n that_o have_v be_v require_v send_v forth_o into_o all_o the_o earth_n or_o expose_v as_o we_o say_v to_o the_o wide_a world_n during_o the_o king_n exile_n but_o be_v now_o restore_v to_o their_o right_n again_o but_o also_o from_o a_o unquestionable_a place_n in_o rev._n xvii_o 14._o where_o it_o be_v say_v of_o antichrist_n and_o his_o complice_n that_o they_o shall_v make_v war_n with_o the_o lamb_n and_o the_o lamb_n shall_v overcome_v they_o for_o he_o be_v lord_n of_o lord_n and_o king_n of_o king_n etc._n etc._n now_o it_o be_v evident_a that_o antichrist_n neither_o do_v nor_o can_v make_v war_n against_o the_o person_n of_o christ_n but_o only_o against_o his_o church_n whence_o it_o undeniable_o follow_v that_o by_o the_o lamb_n be_v mean_v the_o church_n of_o christ_n or_o rather_o christ_n victorious_a in_o his_o church_n for_o it_o can_v not_o else_o be_v say_v of_o the_o lamb_n that_o he_o be_v lord_n of_o lord_n and_o king_n of_o king_n let_v we_o therefore_o in_o the_o verse_n we_o be_v upon_o understand_v by_o the_o lamb_n slay_v christ_n in_o the_o church_n of_o england_n natural_o slay_v in_o the_o person_n of_o his_o representative_a king_n charles_n i_o and_o political_o slay_v in_o the_o king_n his_o son_n and_o in_o the_o church_n which_o run_v the_o same_o fate_n with_o they_o and_o then_o by_o the_o lamb_n look_v as_o if_o it_o have_v be_v slay_v that_o be_v revive_v after_o slaughter_n and_o stand_v in_o the_o midst_n of_o the_o throne_n etc._n etc._n must_v needs_o be_v signify_v the_o restauration_n of_o the_o king_n and_o church_n who_o come_v and_o take_v the_o book_n out_o of_o the_o right_a hand_n of_o he_o that_o
