perfect_v i_o add_v to_o it_o these_o thing_n follow_v viz._n to_o one_o ounce_n of_o the_o spirit_n of_o coperas_fw-la i_o add_v two_o ounce_n of_o the_o correct_a spirit_n of_o tartar_n and_o two_o dram_n of_o the_o warer_n of_o treacle_n camphorate_v the_o patient_a who_o be_v trouble_v with_o the_o falling-sickness_n shall_v take_v this_o medicine_n before_o his_o fit_n come_v upon_o he_o he_o may_v take_v it_o twice_o or_o thrice_o a_o day_n so_o much_o of_o it_o as_o the_o physician_n shall_v appoint_v nature_n can_v afford_v a_o better_a medicine_n than_o this_o for_o the_o fall_a sickness_n my_o way_n of_o prepare_v this_o medicine_n be_v the_o same_o which_o be_v use_v by_o the_o ancient_n i_o only_o addâ—_n the_o spirit_n of_o wine_n before_o i_o distil_v it_o and_o i_o add_v to_o the_o medicine_n when_o it_o be_v perfect_v these_o thing_n which_o i_o have_v name_v this_o precious_a spirit_n of_o coperas_fw-la be_v not_o only_o good_a for_o the_o falling-sickness_n but_o also_o for_o all_o disease_n of_o the_o like_a nature_n as_o sound_v ecstasy_n etc._n etc._n it_o be_v also_o good_a for_o all_o obstruction_n and_o inward_a imposthume_n for_o fit_n of_o the_o mother_n and_o fall_v down_o of_o the_o mother_n physician_n may_v find_v out_o many_o other_o excellent_a virtue_n in_o this_o spirit_n of_o coperas_fw-la if_o they_o be_v diligent_a in_o search_v they_o and_o if_o they_o will_v show_v themselves_o good_a and_o faithful_a physician_n and_o careful_a of_o the_o health_n of_o their_o patient_n curse_a be_v all_o those_o physician_n who_o regard_v only_o their_o own_o gain_n and_o not_o the_o health_n of_o their_o patient_n especial_o those_o patient_n who_o be_v afflict_v with_o that_o sad_a disease_n the_o falling-sickness_n i_o hope_v all_o good_a people_n will_v approve_v of_o what_o i_o have_v do_v here_o and_o true_o i_o have_v describe_v the_o way_n of_o prepare_v this_o spirit_n
