thing_n what_o do_v you_o govern_v over_o truth_n govern_v itself_o and_o all_o that_o live_v in_o it_o be_v well_o govern_v by_o it_o therefore_o govern_v over_o the_o evil_a and_o let_v not_o it_o notice_n of_o as_o a_o offence_n that_o be_v to_o say_v seditious_a conventicle_n but_o no_o evidence_n can_v prove_v a_o peaceable_a meeting_n to_o be_v a_o seditious_a conventicle_n if_o they_o speak_v the_o truth_n the_o whole_a truth_n and_o nothing_o but_o the_o truth_n and_o so_o a_o peaceable_a meeting_n to_o worship_n god_n in_o tenderness_n of_o conscience_n be_v not_o a_o offence_n which_o the_o act_n take_v notice_n of_o neither_o be_v it_o transgression_n against_o it_o for_o no_o evidence_n can_v prove_v such_o a_o meeting_n to_o be_v a_o seditious_a conventicle_n and_o the_o matter_n not_o be_v prove_v no_o jury_n be_v in_o a_o capacity_n to_o find_v it_o nor_o judge_n to_o condemn_v it_o o_o therefore_o consider_v and_o be_v serious_a in_o your_o place_n who_o be_v concern_v in_o authority_n this_o day_n for_o the_o main_a end_n of_o outward_a government_n be_v to_o suppress_v evil_a and_o to_o be_v a_o terror_n to_o evil-doer_n and_o a_o praise_n to_o they_o that_o do_v well_o now_o if_o you_o say_v we_o look_v upon_o you_o not_o to_o do_v well_o in_o that_o you_o will_v not_o be_v conformable_a with_o we_o unto_o the_o worship_n which_o we_o observe_v but_o meet_v together_o contrary_a to_o our_o discipline_n and_o in_o that_o sense_n we_o do_v suppress_v you_o as_o evil-doer_n well_o this_o be_v your_o persuasion_n but_o god_n have_v otherwise_o persuade_v we_o and_o if_o it_o shall_v be_v a_o evil_n in_o we_o in_o this_o case_n yet_o it_o be_v not_o for_o you_o to_o condemn_v but_o to_o leave_v it_o unto_o god_n who_o be_v a_o righteous_a
