the_o mean_n necessary_a to_o the_o revelation_n of_o jesus_n christ_n and_o to_o faith_n and_o repentance_n for_o that_o this_o be_v false_a beside_o the_o experience_n of_o all_o time_n the_o scripture_n witness_v psal_n 147.19.20_o he_o declare_v his_o word_n to_o jacob_n and_o his_o statute_n &_o ordinance_n to_o israel_n he_o have_v not_o do_v so_o to_o all_o nation_n and_o therefore_o they_o know_v not_o his_o ordinance_n act._n 14.16_o in_o time_n past_o god_n suffer_v all_o nation_n to_o walk_v in_o their_o own_o way_n act._n 16.6.7_o it_o be_v forbid_v they_o to_o wit_n paul_n much_o more_o effectual_a and_o divine_a as_o in_o the_o 36._o chap._n of_o ezechiel_n ver_fw-la 26._o i_o will_v give_v you_o a_o new_a heart_n and_o will_v give_v a_o new_a spirit_n in_o the_o midst_n of_o you_o and_o will_v take_v away_o the_o heart_n of_o stone_n and_o will_v give_v a_o heart_n of_o flesh_n etc._n etc._n viii_o who_o teach_v that_o in_o the_o regeneration_n of_o a_o man_n god_n employ_v not_o his_o almighty_a power_n in_o such_o sort_n as_o that_o he_o mighty_o and_o infallible_o benas_fw-la the_o will_n to_o believe_v and_o to_o be_v convert_v but_o that_o power_n to_o be_v or_o not_o to_o be_v regenerate_v for_o this_o be_v nothing_o else_o but_o to_o take_v away_o from_o god_n the_o efficacy_n of_o his_o grace_n in_o our_o conversion_n and_o to_o subject_v the_o action_n of_o god_n almighty_a to_o the_o will_n of_o man_n and_o that_o contrary_a to_o the_o apostle_n who_o teach_v ephes_n 1.19_o that_o we_o believe_v according_a to_o the_o efficacy_n of_o the_o power_n of_o his_o might_n and_o 2._o thess_n 1.11_o that_o god_n fulfil_v in_o we_o all_o the_o good_a pleasure_n of_o his_o goodness_n and_o the_o work_n of_o faith_n mighty_o again_o 2._o pet._n 1.3_o that_o his_o divine_a power_n have_v give_v we_o all_o whatsoever_o appertain_v to_o life_n and_o godliness_n ix_o who_o teach_v that_o grace_n and_o freewill_n be_v cause_n that_o work_v each_o their_o several_a part_n and_o both_o concur_v together_o in_o the_o first_o point_n of_o conversion_n &_o that_o grace_n as_o a_o cause_n have_v no_o precedence_n in_o order_n
