thy_o name_n i_o commend_v into_o thy_o hand_n my_o spirit_n and_o whether_o thou_o dispose_v of_o i_o to_o live_v or_o die_v i_o resign_v it_o to_o thy_o good_a will_n and_o disposition_n and_o humble_o pray_v thou_o that_o if_o thou_o see_v it_o good_a for_o i_o to_o prolong_v my_o day_n on_o earth_n that_o thou_o will_v renew_v my_o conversation_n by_o the_o direction_n of_o thy_o holy_a spirit_n that_o i_o may_v pass_v those_o day_n in_o thy_o fear_n if_o thou_o be_v otherwise_o please_v to_o dispose_v of_o i_o take_v i_o i_o beseech_v thou_o into_o the_o arm_n of_o thy_o mercy_n for_o jesus_n christ_n sake_n my_o only_a saviour_n and_o redeemer_n or_o thus._n o_o god_n of_o all_o consolation_n who_o have_v promise_v to_o hear_v all_o those_o that_o faithful_o call_v upon_o thou_o and_o not_o to_o reject_v any_o that_o with_o a_o contrite_a heart_n and_o penitent_a soul_n shall_v humble_v himself_o before_o thou_o i_o humble_o entreat_v thou_o in_o the_o name_n and_o mediation_n of_o thy_o son_n jesus_n christ_n that_o thou_o will_v be_v please_v to_o be_v merciful_a to_o i_o thy_o poor_a servant_n at_o this_o time_n afflict_v with_o sickness_n o_o lord_n pardon_n forget_v and_o blot_v out_o of_o thy_o remembrance_n whatsoever_o i_o have_v commit_v against_o thou_o in_o the_o whole_a course_n of_o my_o life_n seal_n and_o confirm_v unto_o i_o by_o thy_o spirit_n a_o pardon_n unto_o i_o for_o all_o my_o offence_n that_o i_o may_v thereby_o receive_v such_o comfort_n in_o my_o soul_n that_o i_o may_v with_o all_o joy_n and_o willingness_n depart_v out_o of_o this_o life_n unto_o thou_o let_v i_o be_v certify_v 8.1_o that_o there_o be_v no_o condemnation_n to_o those_o which_o be_v unite_v and_o ingraft_v into_o jesus_n christ_n by_o faith_n that_o i_o may_v be_v confident_a 32._o that_o neither_o my_o sin_n death_n the_o devil_n nor_o ought_v else_o can_v draw_v i_o away_o or_o separate_v i_o from_o thou_o and_o that_o i_o may_v be_v assure_v that_o thy_o throne_n will_v not_o be_v to_o i_o a_o bar_n of_o severity_n but_o a_o haven_n of_o safety_n and_o a_o sure_a sanctuary_n and_o refuge_n for_o i_o to_o flee_v unto_o strengthen_v this_o faith_n in_o i_o which_o may_v serve_v as_o a_o buckler_n to_o defend_v i_o from_o all_o tentation_n and_o that_o
