which_o you_o give_v a_o unlimited_a liberty_n to_o entangle_v man_n by_o fallacy_n i_o shall_v rather_o represent_v unto_o you_o what_o in_o your_o case_n if_o you_o have_v be_v zealous_a for_o the_o truth_n and_o not_o for_o deceive_v and_o lead_v man_n out_o of_o the_o way_n you_o shall_v have_v do_v harken_v now_o then_o and_o consider_v you_o that_o talk_v so_o much_o of_o truth_n all_o the_o truth_n which_o we_o shall_v aim_v at_o and_o bear_v witness_n unto_o one_o towards_o another_o be_v either_o of_o doctrine_n or_o practice_n the_o truth_n of_o doctrine_n be_v the_o testimony_n of_o the_o word_n and_o spirit_n whereby_o god_n have_v reveal_v himself_o and_o the_o thing_n belong_v to_o christ_n and_o his_o kingdom_n unto_o we_o that_o by_o this_o knowledge_n we_o may_v receive_v all_o thing_n pertain_v to_o life_n and_o to_o godliness_n the_o truth_n of_o practice_n be_v that_o upright_a and_o sincere_a deal_n with_o other_o in_o god_n for_o their_o good_a according_a to_o our_o best_a knowledge_n of_o the_o thing_n which_o we_o will_v desire_v to_o have_v from_o they_o in_o the_o same_o kind_n the_o mean_n to_o make_v this_o truth_n of_o both_o kind_n effectual_o profitable_a to_o ourselves_o and_o other_o be_v to_o endeavour_v that_o which_o the_o apostle_n exhort_v we_o unto_o ephes_n 4.15_o namely_o to_o speak_v the_o truth_n in_o love_n and_o the_o effect_n of_o this_o endeavour_n will_v be_v that_o which_o he_o do_v promise_v there_o shall_v follow_v thereupon_o namely_o to_o grow_v up_o in_o all_o thing_n into_o he_o who_o be_v the_o head_n even_o christ_n thus_o than_o whether_o it_o be_v a_o matter_n of_o doctrine_n or_o of_o practice_n whereunto_o we_o be_v to_o bear_v witness_n if_o we_o desire_v thereby_o to_o grow_v up_o within_o all_o thing_n then_o we_o must_v never_o suffer_v any_o humane_a and_o worldly_a aim_n to_o sway_v our_o thought_n to_o speak_v or_o act_v that_o which_o may_v tend_v only_o to_o satisfy_v our_o own_o christ_n now_o then_o to_o apply_v this_o spiritual_a method_n of_o proceed_v to_o your_o case_n let_v we_o state_n the_o question_n which_o you_o make_v and_o consider_v how_o you_o shall_v and_o i_o will_v have_v proceed_v if_o it_o have_v be_v my_o case_n to_o desire_v a_o resolution_n for_o myself_o or_o other_o in_o it_o the_o question_n be_v concern_v the_o divine_a right_n of_o the_o prebyteriall_a church_n to_o judge_v themselves_o of_o the_o scandal_n of_o their_o member_n according_a to_o the_o word_n of_o god_n whither_o yea_o or_o no_o it_o do_v belong_v unto_o they_o i_o will_v have_v set_v down_o this_o quaere_fw-la distinct_o as_o a_o doubt_n and_o then_o will_v have_v seek_v out_o a_o way_n to_o resolve_v myself_o without_o partiality_n only_o for_o love_n to_o from_o other_o church_n then_o in_o the_o second_o place_n i_o will_v have_v make_v enquiry_n of_o their_o true_a meaning_n of_o that_o which_o they_o call_v a_o scandal_n in_o a_o member_n and_o of_o that_o which_o be_v call_v judge_v within_o themselves_o of_o scandal_n and_o last_o of_o that_o which_o be_v call_v a_o divine_a right_n whereunto_o they_o pretend_v in_o this_o act_n of_o judge_v and_o when_o i_o shall_v have_v satisfy_v myself_o in_o this_o enquiry_n so_o far_o as_o i_o can_v attain_v if_o then_o i_o have_v judge_v they_o to_o be_v in_o a_o error_n either_o of_o doctrine_n or_o practice_n hurtful_a to_o the_o kingdom_n of_o christ_n and_o to_o their_o own_o and_o other_o interest_n therein_o i_o will_v have_v take_v a_o resolution_n to_o deal_v with_o they_o in_o truth_n and_o sincerity_n to_o reclaim_v they_o from_o that_o error_n and_o answerable_a to_o such_o a_o resolution_n will_v have_v declare_v unto_o they_o my_o aim_n in_o deal_v with_o they_o and_o desire_v they_o to_o weigh_v and_o serious_o to_o consider_v the_o doubt_n which_o i_o have_v concern_v their_o pretence_n of_o a_o divine_a right_n persuade_v they_o to_o lay_v down_o the_o plea_n according_a to_o their_o worst_a construction_n may_v waken_v in_o other_o to_o trouble_v they_o and_o increase_v their_o sin_n remember_v that_o the_o wrath_n of_o man_n do_v not_o fulfil_v the_o righteousness_n of_o god_n and_o if_o your_o zeal_n be_v a_o wrathful_a zeal_n rather_o to_o find_v out_o fault_n and_o make_v they_o odious_a then_o to_o amend_v and_o heal_v the_o breach_n of_o our_o spirit_n you_o will_v be_v so_o far_o from_o do_v good_a to_o those_o with_o who_o you_o deal_v that_o you_o will_v not_o only_o make_v they_o less_o corrigible_a but_o you_o will_v make_v your_o own_o side_n worse_o by_o be_v out_o of_o all_o patience_n against_o they_o for_o the_o method_n that_o you_o follow_v as_o it_o be_v please_v to_o the_o fancy_n of_o flesh_n and_o blood_n so_o it_o can_v but_o work_v upon_o those_o that_o be_v ignorant_o zealous_a and_o that_o give_v credit_n unto_o your_o assertion_n most_o violent_a and_o distemper_a commotion_n against_o those_o who_o they_o imagine_v to_o be_v so_o hateful_a to_o god_n and_o so_o injurious_a to_o the_o public_a and_o to_o all_o their_o brethren_n as_o you_o make_v they_o and_o if_o they_o be_v not_o so_o hateful_a indeed_o as_o you_o make_v they_o what_o judgement_n you_o may_v expect_v and_o reward_n for_o judge_v of_o other_o unjust_o in_o the_o day_n of_o account_n i_o leave_v you_o to_o consider_v it_o be_v very_o good_a to_o mind_n often_o that_o we_o shall_v give_v a_o account_n of_o all_o our_o idle_a word_n and_o that_o by_o our_o word_n we_o shall_v be_v judge_v and_o by_o our_o word_n we_o shall_v be_v condemn_v the_o lord_n teach_v we_o his_o fear_n in_o all_o thing_n and_o grant_v that_o before_o all_o keep_n we_o may_v keep_v the_o way_n of_o our_o heart_n from_o double_a aim_n in_o spiritual_a matter_n not_o to_o look_v a_o squint_v unto_o the_o worldly_a design_n of_o state_n or_o great-ones_a to_o serve_v their_o turn_n with_o our_o endeavour_n do_v not_o inquire_v who_o i_o
