liberty_n to_o the_o prophesy_n of_o private_a brethren_n than_o they_o do_v the_o allowance_n which_o they_o give_v be_v with_o four_o limitation_n 1._o that_o be_v be_v do_v occasional_o and_o not_o in_o ordinary_a course_n 2._o by_o man_n of_o such_o ability_n as_o be_v fit_a for_o office_n 3._o not_o assume_v this_o to_o themselves_o but_o as_o they_o be_v allow_v and_o design_v to_o it_o by_o leave_n instruct_v and_o exhort_v the_o church_n to_o make_v a_o sanctify_a use_n of_o such_o a_o sudden_a stroke_n of_o providence_n or_o what_o if_o a_o private_a brother_n of_o good_a credit_n in_o the_o church_n shall_v observe_v the_o doctrine_n of_o the_o minister_n not_o so_o much_o uálue_v as_o be_v meet_v why_o may_v he_o not_o take_v occasion_n to_o speak_v some_o word_n of_o encouragement_n and_o confirmation_n both_o to_o the_o minister_n and_o to_o the_o congregation_n jehosaphat_n noble_n though_o prince_n yet_o be_v but_o as_o private_a brethren_n in_o the_o church_n
