extract_v out_o of_o our_o food_n and_o send_v up_o both_o to_o our_o head_n heart_n and_o all_o part_n of_o our_o body_n so_o that_o we_o be_v fresh_a and_o strong_a in_o the_o morning_n after_o a_o good_a night_n rest_n now_o all_o this_o be_v the_o special_a work_n of_o god_n beyond_o the_o power_n and_o skill_n of_o man_n to_o perform_v for_o we_o and_o therefore_o it_o be_v great_a reason_n to_o pray_v for_o this_o blessing_n when_o we_o go_v to_o rest_v kinsm_n what_o you_o say_v be_v plain_a clear_a and_o true_a in_o every_o body_n experience_n though_o i_o do_v never_o hear_v nor_o
