to_o make_v i_o most_o willing_a to_o forsake_v this_o world_n and_o most_o ready_a to_o come_v unto_o thou_o whensoever_o thou_o call_v grant_v this_o o_o gracious_a god_n for_o jesus_n christ_n his_o sake_n amen_n a_o prayer_n to_o be_v say_v at_o the_o very_a hour_n of_o death_n o_o saviour_n of_o the_o world_n save_v i_o forgive_v i_o all_o my_o sin_n and_o receive_v my_o soul_n into_o
