useful_a to_o the_o body_n and_o the_o outward_a man_n and_o therefore_o they_o be_v desirable_a by_o the_o soul_n itself_o in_o order_n to_o that_o end_n yet_o they_o reach_v not_o so_o far_o as_o the_o soul_n their_o end_n fall_v short_a of_o it_o and_o hence_o it_o be_v that_o the_o soul_n rest_v not_o in_o the_o enjoyment_n of_o they_o nay_o though_o it_o see_v not_o its_o proper_a end_n yet_o it_o find_v a_o nauseum_fw-la in_o the_o excess_n of_o these_o and_o therefore_o be_v restless_a and_o move_v from_o one_o pleasure_n to_o another_o and_o this_o be_v likewise_o the_o reason_n why_o every_o outward_a pleasure_n be_v great_a in_o the_o expectation_n than_o in_o the_o fruition_n because_o the_o imagination_n of_o the_o soul_n which_o be_v the_o creature_n that_o the_o soul_n form_n can_v bring_v it_o near_o to_o the_o soul_n than_o the_o creature_n when_o it_o be_v enjoy_v can_v come_v and_o this_o imagination_n as_o it_o do_v delude_v the_o soul_n so_o it_o likewise_o be_v to_o be_v have_v and_o to_o be_v have_v only_o in_o the_o enjoyment_n of_o our_o creator_n true_a it_o be_v that_o many_o of_o these_o and_o the_o like_a truth_n may_v be_v arrive_v at_o by_o hesitancy_n and_o doubt_v our_o natural_a reason_n as_o it_o lie_v in_o the_o ore_n and_o therefore_o must_v be_v disgross_v from_o its_o dross_n by_o study_n and_o education_n so_o it_o be_v weak_a and_o must_v be_v support_v and_o where_o the_o strength_n of_o reason_n be_v the_o same_o that_o truth_n that_o another_o discover_v be_v entertain_v with_o more_o confidence_n than_o if_o a_o man_n single_o have_v discover_v it_o so_o that_o by_o the_o scripture_n reason_n be_v enlighten_v and_o strengthen_v in_o those_o truth_n which_o carry_v in_o they_o a_o consonancy_n to_o reason_n and_o may_v haply_o though_o in_o a_o weak_a measure_n and_o with_o more_o difficulty_n have_v be_v extract_v out_o of_o sound_a reason_n and_o observation_n 2._o it_o do_v contain_v divers_a truth_n which_o can_v never_o be_v discover_v but_o by_o god_n himself_o as_o what_o the_o will_n of_o god_n be_v that_o man_n shall_v do_v or_o the_o law_n of_o god_n what_o the_o purpose_n of_o god_n be_v these_o as_o they_o be_v beyond_o the_o discovery_n of_o any_o man_n so_o they_o be_v too_o high_a for_o any_o man_n to_o invent_v or_o surmise_v it_o be_v true_a the_o heathen_a lawgiver_n and_o philosopher_n to_o gain_v credit_n to_o their_o law_n and_o dictate_v dare_v sometime_o to_o patronize_v they_o upon_o heaven_n but_o in_o they_o a_o considerate_a man_n may_v clear_o find_v those_o law_n to_o have_v arisen_a from_o a_o mere_a observation_n of_o the_o visible_a inconvenience_n to_o public_a society_n and_o a_o prudential_a application_n of_o such_o rule_n as_o may_v meet_v with_o
