you_o tender_a health_n sleep_v not_o in_o the_o morning_n too_o long_o unless_o honest_a occasion_n or_o a_o ill_a disposition_n of_o body_n cause_v much_o watch_n in_o the_o begin_n of_o the_o night_n than_o it_o be_v needful_a that_o you_o make_v amends_o by_o sleep_v so_o much_o the_o long_o in_o the_o morning_n neither_o shall_v you_o sleep_v at_o noon_n for_o sleep_v after_o dinner_n rest_n than_o those_o who_o be_v strong_a or_o young_a for_o who_o seven_a or_o eight_o hour_n sleep_n be_v enough_o and_o those_o who_o have_v dry_a choleric_a or_o melancholic_a body_n need_v long_o sleep_v then_o the_o phlegmatic_a or_o sanguine_a or_o those_o who_o have_v gross_a fat_a body_n for_o it_o very_o much_o refresh_v and_o moisten_v dry_a body_n to_o who_o there_o be_v nothing_o more_o hurtful_a than_o too_o much_o watchfulness_n but_o too_o long_a sleep_n to_o phlegmatic_a gross_a body_n be_v very_o hurtful_a it_o be_v a_o custom_n to_o warm_v the_o bed_n before_o we_o go_v constitution_n to_o be_v melancholic_a it_o overdry_v the_o brain_n it_o waste_v the_o spirit_n it_o weaken_v the_o digestive_a faculty_n incline_v the_o body_n to_o consumption_n etc._n etc._n of_o work_n upon_o a_o full_a stomach_n or_o if_o after_o violent_a hot_a work_n they_o be_v careless_a of_o themselves_o and_o keep_v not_o themselves_o warm_a etc._n etc._n thereupon_o certain_o will_v follow_v alteration_n of_o the_o body_n and_o disease_n for_o that_o to_o which_o we_o be_v not_o accustom_v if_o it_o be_v violent_a and_o oppresserh_n nature_n it_o must_v of_o necessity_n work_v dangerous_a alteration_n in_o we_o you_o must_v be_v very_o cautious_a in_o the_o do_n of_o any_o thing_n to_o which_o you_o be_v not_o accustom_v until_o by_o tonstant_a use_n it_o become_v be_v in_o the_o hot_a season_n of_o the_o year_n walk_v in_o the_o open_a field_n nigh_o to_o some_o pleasant_a river_n after_o supper_n but_o after_o dinner_n in_o some_o shadow_a place_n or_o some_o cool_a arbour_n etc._n etc._n observe_v this_o general_a rule_n concern_v the_o place_n after_o meal_n to_o stand_v or_o walk_v in_o that_o it_o incline_v more_o to_o cold_a then_o to_o heat_n for_o outward_a it_o mar_v digestion_n and_o fill_v the_o body_n with_o crude_a humour_n therefore_o after_o meal_n let_v your_o place_n be_v pleasant_a and_o moderate_o cool_v your_o exercise_n gentle_a walk_n and_o pleasant_a discourse_n with_o merry_a company_n spend_v a_o hour_n so_o and_o thereby_o you_o shall_v find_v digestion_n further_v your_o body_n much_o refresh_v natural_a heat_n and_o strength_n cherish_v and_o increase_v but_o when_o you_o use_v great_a motion_n of_o the_o body_n as_o in_o travel_n pastime_n etc._n etc._n do_v it_o moderate_o so_o as_o you_o do_v not_o weary_v yourselves_o too_o much_o and_o oppress_v the_o strength_n of_o nature_n and_o in_o this_o moderate_a beneficial_a stir_v of_o the_o body_n there_o may_v be_v several_a degree_n observe_v according_a the_o blood_n it_o strengthen_v the_o part_n it_o draw_v humour_n from_o the_o high_a part_n of_o the_o body_n to_o the_o low_a part_n it_o concoct_v crude_a humour_n it_o strengthen_v digestion_n
