we_o back_o to_o the_o purpose_n and_o counsel_n of_o god_n reveal_v in_o his_o word_n and_o command_v we_o to_o weigh_v and_o consider_v not_o what_o we_o suffer_v but_o what_o be_v decree_v with_o the_o lord_n in_o heaven_n and_o he_o that_o can_v so_o sequester_v himself_o from_o the_o behold_n of_o his_o affliction_n and_o tentatfon_n and_o yield_v himself_o whole_o to_o the_o will_n of_o god_n and_o there_o rest_n be_v a_o right_n divine_a yea_o he_o that_o be_v ignorant_a hereof_o in_o true_a divinity_n know_v nothing_o at_o all_o for_o what_o know_v he_o which_o be_v ignorant_a that_o god_n be_v such_o a_o god_n as_o will_v not_o suffer_v the_o godly_a to_o be_v oppress_v of_o the_o wicked_a for_o see_v he_o have_v say_v i_o be_o the_o lord_n thy_o god_n he_o will_v never_o suffer_v that_o which_o be_v his_o own_o to_o be_v wrest_v either_o by_o the_o world_n or_o by_o the_o gate_n of_o hell_n out_o of_o his_o hand_n if_o he_o then_o abide_v and_o continue_v they_o shall_v also_o continue_v for_o ever_o which_o be_v he_o thus_o to_o believe_v and_o thus_o to_o lay_v hold_n on_o thing_n invisible_a be_v true_a divinity_n and_o true_a spiritual_a wisdom_n indeed_o child_n as_o a_o father_n his_o only_a son_n a_o child_n be_v go_v to_o school_n and_o his_o purpose_n be_v so_o to_o do_v in_o the_o way_n he_o fall_v into_o some_o company_n and_o stay_v there_o too_o long_o and_o play_v the_o truant_n but_o it_o be_v against_o his_o purpose_n even_o so_o the_o child_n of_o god_n purpose_v to_o serve_v god_n and_o to_o please_v he_o in_o all_o thing_n and_o have_v no_o purpose_n to_o sin_n but_o by_o some_o temptation_n of_o the_o devil_n or_o allurement_n of_o the_o world_n he_o be_v overtake_v i_o do_v the_o evil_n i_o will_v not_o i_o can_v do_v the_o good_a i_o will_v hut_a i_o delight_v in_o the_o law_n of_o the_o lord_n concern_v the_o inner_a man._n this_o be_v paul_n comfort_n and_o this_o be_v the_o comfort_n of_o all_o god_n child_n if_o they_o can_v true_o say_v i_o do_v the_o evil_n i_o will_v not_o i_o delight_v in_o the_o law_n of_o god_n that_o god_n will_v accept_v the_o will_n for_o the_o deed_n therefore_o let_v this_o be_v thy_o comfort_n a_o prisoner_n that_o have_v escape_v out_o of_o prison_n will_v fain_o go_v twenty_o mile_n in_o one_o hour_n but_o by_o reason_n of_o his_o bolt_n and_o fetter_n he_o can_v go_v and_o make_v merry_a but_o miserable_a be_v they_o for_o in_o their_o best_a estate_n they_o be_v as_o ox_n feed_v for_o the_o slaughter_n woe_n to_o they_o that_o laugh_v now_o they_o shall_v mourn_v 5.5.6_o mat._n 5.5.6_o but_o bless_v be_v they_o who_o mourn_v now_o for_o they_o shall_v be_v comfort_v therefore_o there_o be_v a_o time_n appoint_v wherein_o mourner_n shall_v be_v comfort_v tear_n taunt_a they_o in_o their_o sigh_n and_o sob_n let_v we_o look_v here_o to_o david_n if_o it_o can_v always_o be_v a_o argument_n to_o move_v man_n to_o godliness_n yet_o be_v it_o forcible_a to_o move_v god_n to_o mercy_n the_o break_a heart_n for_o the_o grief_n of_o sin_n and_o love_n of_o righteousness_n how_o ever_o the_o world_n despise_v it_o the_o lord_n will_v not_o despise_v it_o yea_o it_o be_v the_o sacrifice_n of_o god_n acceptable_a to_o he_o in_o christ_n jesus_n see_v then_o that_o all_o they_o which_o will_v live_v godly_a in_o christ_n jesus_n must_v suffer_v persecution_n we_o must_v hold_v fast_o this_o consolation_n whereby_o we_o may_v as_o it_o be_v season_n these_o affliction_n namely_o that_o the_o holy-ghost_n do_v here_o prophesy_v that_o we_o must_v sow_v in_o tear_n but_o bid_v we_o be_v of_o good_a comfort_n notwithstanding_o for_o the_o more_o plentiful_a and_o bitter_a the_o tear_n be_v the_o great_a laughter_n and_o joy_n shall_v follow_v like_a as_o he_o set_v forth_o also_o a_o contrary_a example_n the_o world_n sow_v in_o laughter_n but_o afterward_o it_o reap_v in_o everlasting_a sorrow_n anguish_n and_o misery_n but_o our_o tentation_n and_o affliction_n do_v here_o endure_v but_o for_o a_o little_a time_n let_v we_o therefore_o patient_o suffer_v in_o hope_n that_o in_o stead_n of_o this_o painful_a sow_v for_o so_o small_a a_o time_n we_o shall_v hereafter_o reap_v everlasting_a joy_n and_o blessedness_n and_o this_o also_o bring_v great_a consolation_n that_o albeit_o our_o whole_a life_n be_v full_a of_o sorrow_n bitter_a affliction_n and_o sow_v altogether_o in_o tear_n yet_o god_n will_v suffer_v no_o tentation_n always_o to_o continue_v but_o like_a as_o storm_n and_o tempest_n have_v their_o season_n and_o afterward_o come_v fair_a wether_n as_o also_o after_o labour_n follow_v rest_n and_o quietness_n even_o so_o experience_n do_v teach_v we_o that_o when_o our_o heart_n have_v be_v vex_v and_o oppress_v with_o cogitation_n of_o desperation_n mistrust_v impatience_n before_o god_n and_o the_o world_n for_o a_o day_n two_o or_o three_o or_o else_o long_o god_n raise_v they_o up_o again_o with_o some_o spiritual_a comfort_n therefore_o our_o affliction_n be_v temper_v with_o some_o consolation_n that_o we_o shall_v know_v that_o god_n will_v not_o suffer_v we_o to_o be_v altogether_o swallow_v up_o with_o sorrow_n he_o will_v correct_v we_o as_o the_o psalmist_n say_v but_o will_v not_o give_v we_o over_o until_o death_n let_v we_o learn_v therefore_o to_o know_v these_o thing_n and_o that_o we_o must_v suffer_v affliction_n and_o sow_v in_o tear_n lest_o when_o tentation_n come_v we_o be_v offend_v as_o though_o some_o new_a or_o strange_a thing_n be_v happen_v unto_o we_o and_o so_o fly_v from_o god_n and_o fall_v to_o despair_v and_o let_v we_o hold_v fast_o this_o consolation_n that_o our_o harvest_n be_v in_o heaven_n even_o life_n everlasting_a which_o we_o shall_v reap_v with_o joy_n as_o the_o wine_n fail_v in_o that_o banquet_n whereat_o christ_n be_v present_a so_o oftentimes_o fail_v joy_n even_o in_o the_o heart_n where_o christ_n
