enthral_v in_o their_o bondage_n and_o because_o no_o other_o place_n can_v secure_v we_o from_o this_o danger_n therefore_o we_o ascend_v into_o the_o kingdom_n of_o christ_n desire_v his_o aid_n and_o protection_n who_o alone_o be_v able_a to_o defend_v we_o and_o forasmuch_o as_o while_o we_o continue_v in_o the_o suburb_n of_o this_o kingdom_n the_o church_n militant_a although_o we_o be_v never_o overcome_v yet_o we_o be_v continual_o assault_v with_o our_o spiritual_a enemy_n therefore_o we_o continual_o desire_v and_o hope_v to_o enter_v within_o the_o wall_n of_o the_o heavenly_a and_o true_a comfort_n when_o they_o be_v compass_v about_o with_o all_o calamity_n contrariwise_o they_o who_o worship_v idol_n serve_v satan_n the_o prince_n of_o terror_n and_o fear_n who_o continual_o torment_v his_o vassal_n with_o perplex_a mind_n and_o trouble_a conscience_n and_o draw_v they_o to_o their_o devotion_n by_o dreadful_a apparition_n and_o affright_a terror_n have_v no_o former_a we_o have_v a_o example_n in_o elias_n who_o worship_v the_o true_a god_n in_o a_o true_a manner_n be_v hear_v of_o god_n magnify_v in_o the_o sight_n of_o the_o people_n by_o a_o admirable_a miracle_n and_o protect_v and_o deliver_v in_o the_o midst_n of_o all_o danger_n of_o the_o other_o in_o baal_n priest_n 18._o 1._o king_n 18._o who_o by_o worship_v their_o idol_n get_v nothing_o on_o the_o left_a or_o if_o we_o have_v be_v already_o seduce_v and_o join_v with_o idol_n i_o mean_v in_o the_o worship_v of_o saint_n angel_n and_o image_n unto_o which_o kind_n of_o idolatry_n the_o papist_n allure_v we_o both_o by_o their_o doctrine_n and_o example_n then_o let_v we_o betimes_o break_v off_o this_o fellowship_n while_o yet_o there_o remain_v some_o hope_n of_o separation_n for_o if_o when_o in_o our_o heart_n and_o affection_n we_o be_v first_o join_v and_o glue_v unto_o they_o we_o pull_v ourselves_o asunder_o with_o a_o holy_a violence_n we_o shall_v find_v the_o soul_n admit_v of_o a_o willing_a divorce_n from_o the_o body_n as_o we_o be_v thus_o join_v may_v be_v sever_v from_o idol_n unless_o we_o be_v plentiful_o water_v with_o the_o dew_n of_o god_n word_n and_o be_v thorough_o warm_v with_o the_o fire_n of_o his_o holy_a spirit_n and_o so_o be_v supple_v be_v make_v pliable_a to_o god_n will_n last_o we_o here_o learn_v that_o when_o man_n have_v long_o withstand_v they_o we_o must_v give_v over_o those_o who_o be_v past_a cure_n and_o not_o intermeddle_v with_o they_o the_o mean_n of_o their_o salvation_n and_o be_v harden_v in_o their_o sin_n so_o as_o there_o be_v no_o hope_n of_o do_v they_o good_a by_o our_o holy_a admonition_n instruction_n exhortation_n and_o reprehension_n then_o be_v we_o to_o let_v they_o alone_o and_o not_o to_o intermeddle_v with_o they_o first_o because_o we_o shall_v expose_v god_n holy_a ordinance_n to_o pollution_n and_o subject_v they_o to_o the_o proud_a contempt_n of_o rebellious_a
