himself_o and_o his_o eldership_n by_o counsel_n first_o do_v bring_v the_o matter_n to_o the_o presbytery_n and_o have_v receive_v counsel_n and_o put_v it_o in_o execution_n do_v find_v it_o without_o effect_n you_o remain_v still_o disobedient_a and_o disturb_v the_o quiet_a of_o his_o own_o and_o perhaps_o of_o some_o neighbour_n church_n may_v not_o he_o then_o in_o the_o second_o
