or_o power_n of_o command_n may_v be_v ground_v yet_o in_o this_o base_a and_o wretched_a marriage_n vile_a and_o odious_a lust_n spur_v up_o the_o soul_n with_o his_o command_n and_o make_v she_o to_o trudge_v up_o and_o down_o in_o business_n of_o darkness_n filthiness_n and_o wretchedness_n the_o soul_n be_v set_v on_o work_n in_o thing_n that_o be_v no_o kin_n to_o she_o no_o good_a to_o lust_n turn_v about_o the_o eye_n and_o heart_n of_o the_o soul_n from_o her_o happiness_n and_o what_o can_v her_o prospect_n and_o object_n be_v then_o but_o misery_n and_o if_o the_o eye_n of_o the_o soul_n happen_v to_o cast_v up_o some_o glance_n to_o heaven_n and_o happiness_n yet_o the_o heart_n even_o the_o will_n and_o affection_n be_v hurry_v away_o by_o this_o lust_n to_o object_n and_o work_n of_o vanity_n and_o misery_n so_o that_o the_o soul_n can_v only_o say_v i_o see_v the_o better_a thing_n and_o follow_v the_o worse_o i_o see_v happiness_n and_o run_v after_o misery_n thus_o by_o slavery_n she_o buy_v misery_n and_o slavery_n itself_o be_v misery_n by_o misery_n she_o earn_v misery_n and_o indeed_o be_v it_o not_o the_o true_a misery_n of_o a_o egyptian_a bondage_n that_o the_o soul_n shall_v be_v still_o set_v on_o work_n by_o lust_n in_o a_o fiery_a furnace_n yea_o be_v beat_v and_o torment_v when_o she_o do_v not_o work_n though_o her_o work_n concern_v herself_o nothing_o but_o only_o to_o strengthen_v she_o own_o bondage_n and_o to_o increase_v she_o own_o misery_n and_o indeed_o therefore_o be_v she_o keep_v so_o hard_o at_o this_o work_n that_o she_o may_v have_v no_o leisure_n to_o think_v beyond_o bondage_n and_o misery_n according_o if_o the_o soul_n at_o any_o time_n do_v but_o lift_v up_o her_o eye_n above_o her_o present_a bondage_n to_o that_o lord_n of_o life_n liberty_n and_o happiness_n which_o will_v once_o have_v marry_v she_o and_o still_o make_v new_a offer_n unto_o she_o this_o tyrannous_a husband_n like_o a_o taske-master_n strike_v in_o deep_a lash_n into_o her_o side_n and_o tell_v she_o she_o be_v idle_a though_o she_o think_v on_o her_o near_a business_n and_o dear_a happiness_n if_o it_o be_v in_o the_o morning_n there_o be_v a_o bargain_n of_o profit_n impose_v on_o she_o and_o this_o lot_n of_o brick_n must_v be_v make_v that_o day_n and_o about_o it_o must_v the_o soul_n go_v be_v pierce_v through_o with_o the_o thorn_n of_o covetousness_n by_o the_o violent_a hand_n of_o her_o false_a husband_n that_o she_o may_v have_v no_o leisure_n respiration_n or_o rest_n and_o if_o at_o night_n the_o soul_n be_v weary_a of_o this_o day_n work_n and_o will_v fain_o go_v to_o bed_n with_o the_o body_n the_o night_n be_v lust_n day_n as_o it_o be_v the_o owl_n for_o both_o be_v blind_a and_o narrow_a and_o feeble_a to_o contain_v and_o bear_v a_o joy_n that_o be_v too_o large_a and_o strong_a for_o she_o and_o therefore_o have_v fill_v she_o to_o the_o utmost_a capacity_n it_o go_v beyond_o and_o run_v over_o so_o be_v she_o bless_v in_o that_o fullness_n which_o her_o measure_n contain_v yea_o she_o be_v more_o than_o bless_a even_o bless_v in_o a_o kind_n of_o excess_n by_o spiritual_a joy_n the_o joy_n of_o the_o body_n be_v base_a in_o comparison_n of_o it_o the_o spiritual_a joy_n be_v pure_a pierce_a and_o full_a of_o activity_n the_o joy_n of_o body_n be_v gross_a heavy_a dull_a and_o earthy_a in_o the_o bodily_a wine_n it_o be_v the_o spirit_n of_o the_o wine_n that_o rejoice_v the_o spirit_n of_o the_o body_n but_o a_o wine_n that_o be_v all_o spirit_n and_o spirit_n in_o the_o height_n and_o top_n of_o spiritualnes_n and_o new_o draw_v and_o suck_v from_o the_o prime_n and_o chief_a spirit_n how_o do_v that_o rejoice_v how_o do_v that_o ravish_v the_o even_o above_o these_o comparison_n and_o to_o set_v our_o foot_n on_o something_o beyond_o they_o for_o if_o the_o soul_n rest_v on_o these_o she_o rest_v short_a of_o the_o knowledge_n of_o the_o sweetness_n which_o be_v beyond_o these_o she_o be_v still_o in_o the_o sweetness_n of_o the_o creature_n and_o have_v not_o attain_v the_o sweetness_n of_o the_o creator_n therefore_o when_o she_o have_v go_v as_o far_o as_o she_o may_v in_o the_o sweetness_n of_o the_o creature_n let_v she_o advance_v one_o step_n more_o into_o that_o spiritual_a union_n wherein_o be_v to_o be_v taste_v and_o see_v by_o taste_v the_o sweetness_n of_o the_o creator_n and_o there_o shall_v she_o see_v more_o by_o taste_v than_o all_o the_o creature_n can_v show_v she_o by_o resemble_v she_o have_v meet_v believe_v his_o love_n when_o thou_o feel_v it_o not_o as_o well_o as_o when_o thou_o feel_v it_o and_o indeed_o that_o be_v most_o like_a faith_n which_o believe_v what_o it_o feel_v not_o but_o how_o can_v thou_o show_v this_o virtue_n if_o still_o thou_o have_v feeling_n he_o expect_v perchance_o that_o the_o old_a stock_n of_o assurance_n in_o visitation_n and_o sensible_a aproche_n at_o their_o full_a growth_n be_v so_o small_a as_o the_o infancy_n of_o other_o part_n a_o finger_n in_o his_o full_a growth_n be_v not_o so_o big_a as_o the_o leg_n of_o a_o infant_n and_o such_o little_a part_n may_v have_v less_o feel_n of_o these_o joy_n because_o of_o their_o littleness_n and_o yet_o they_o may_v be_v as_o lively_a as_o the_o great_a for_o a_o finger_n live_v as_o well_o as_o a_o arm_n and_o indeed_o let_v such_o especial_o look_v that_o their_o life_n be_v sound_a in_o they_o &_o that_o shall_v they_o know_v by_o the_o action_n of_o life_n if_o faith_n and_o love_n
