best_a judge_n so_o the_o only_a best_o and_o infallible_a interpreter_n of_o scripture_n whereby_o though_o the_o primary_n and_o authoritative_a interpretation_n of_o the_o scripture_n be_v ascribe_v to_o that_o bless_a spirit_n yet_o thereby_o be_v not_o deny_v to_o the_o father_n and_o council_n a_o ministerial_a and_o declaratory_a power_n in_o expound_v the_o sacred_a word_n which_o be_v of_o great_a weight_n and_o authority_n with_o all_o christian_n who_o needs_o must_v believe_v these_o holy_a person_n and_o assembly_n to_o be_v ordinary_o assist_v by_o the_o light_n and_o conduct_v of_o his_o holy_a spirit_n who_o promise_v to_o be_v with_o his_o church_n to_o the_o end_n of_o the_o world_n it_o be_v object_v 4._o that_o article_n 19_o the_o right_a administration_n of_o the_o sacrament_n be_v one_o of_o the_o note_n of_o the_o true_a church_n of_o god_n and_o art_n 23._o require_v to_o the_o right_a administration_n of_o the_o sacrament_n that_o they_o be_v minister_v in_o such_o element_n and_o in_o such_o sort_n as_o god_n have_v appoint_v whence_o some_o will_v infer_v that_o all_o such_o church_n as_o use_v circumstance_n in_o the_o administration_n thereof_o which_o be_v not_o appoint_v by_o god_n as_o the_o mix_n of_o water_n with_o wine_n in_o the_o holy_a eucharist_n or_o of_o oil_n with_o water_n in_o baptism_n must_v be_v by_o this_o doctrine_n unchurch_v ans._n when_o the_o 23_o d._n article_n require_v to_o a_o true_a church_n that_o the_o sacrament_n be_v administer_v in_o such_o sort_n as_o god_n have_v appoint_v it_o main_o relate_v to_o the_o word_n of_o consecration_n and_o to_o the_o institution_n which_o indeed_o be_v essential_o requisite_a to_o the_o very_o be_v of_o the_o sacrament_n these_o be_v null_n which_o be_v celebrate_v without_o they_o and_o not_o according_a to_o the_o institution_n as_o for_o the_o element_n though_o these_o be_v necessary_a at_o least_o in_o ordinary_a case_n yet_o the_o mixture_n and_o superaddition_n to_o these_o appoint_a element_n do_v not_o absolute_o nullify_v though_o they_o do_v corrupt_v the_o sacrament_n and_o that_o this_o be_v the_o meaning_n of_o the_o 23_o d_o article_n appear_v clear_a from_o the_o word_n immediate_o follow_v viz._n else_o we_o affirm_v that_o they_o cease_v to_o be_v the_o right_a sacrament_n of_o christ_n jesus_n where_o they_o be_v not_o deny_v simple_o to_o be_v sacrament_n but_o be_v charge_v as_o sacrament_n not_o right_o and_o due_o administer_v as_o these_o be_v which_o be_v not_o vitiate_a and_o adulterate_v by_o superstitious_a mixture_n it_o be_v object_v 5._o from_o that_o same_o article_n 23._o that_o to_o the_o be_v of_o lawful_a minister_n it_o be_v require_v that_o they_o be_v man_n lawful_o choose_v thereto_o by_o some_o kirk_n which_o seem_v to_o import_v the_o necessity_n of_o popular_a election_n and_o to_o cancel_v the_o right_n of_o patronage_n and_o to_o unminister_v such_o as_o be_v
