and_o augmentation_n by_o other_o stream_n that_o run_v into_o they_o so_o if_o our_o desire_n be_v true_a they_o be_v grow_v desire_n they_o increase_v big_a and_o big_a still_o till_o they_o come_v to_o heaven_n at_o length_n we_o see_v the_o 6_o stream_n empty_a themselves_o into_o the_o sea_n they_o be_v swallow_v up_o there_o where_o they_o have_v a_o more_o constant_a be_v then_o in_o themselves_o namely_o of_o the_o ocean_n the_o true_a element_n and_o proper_a place_n of_o all_o water_n and_o so_o our_o desire_n if_o they_o be_v holy_a as_o they_o be_v restless_a and_o grow_a so_o at_o last_o they_o empty_a themselves_o into_o christ_n and_o join_v with_o god_n and_o happiness_n for_o the_o time_n to_o come_v for_o there_o be_v a_o great_a happiness_n for_o the_o soul_n of_o man_n in_o god_n in_o christ_n and_o in_o heaven_n than_o there_o be_v in_o themselves_o and_o there_o they_o be_v swallow_v up_o last_o we_o may_v try_v our_o 7_o desire_n by_o this_o vapour_n in_o a_o low_a place_n do_v show_v that_o there_o be_v a_o spring_n there_o you_o know_v that_o the_o spring_n be_v there_o where_o there_o be_v most_o vapour_n constant_o so_o where_o there_o be_v breathe_n of_o the_o soul_n upward_o as_o there_o be_v here_o of_o the_o church_n sure_o there_o be_v a_o spring_n of_o love_n that_o yield_v these_o vapour_n and_o whence_o these_o desire_n flow_v but_o i_o come_v more_o particular_o unto_o this_o particular_a desire_n of_o the_o church_n come_v lord_n jesus_n i_o shall_v make_v way_n by_o some_o proposition_n which_o i_o shall_v praemise_v before_o i_o come_v to_o the_o main_a thing_n which_o i_o shall_v stand_v upon_o at_o this_o time_n first_o we_o must_v take_v it_o for_o grant_v that_o there_o will_v be_v a_o second_o glorious_a come_n of_o christ_n 1._o that_o will_v be_v far_o more_o glorious_a than_o the_o former_a the_o best_a time_n and_o thing_n be_v to_o come_v for_o christian_n every_o way_n every_o day_n

spiritual_a or_o not_o by_o this_o if_o the_o heart_n be_v subdue_v to_o yield_v unto_o it_o otherwise_o the_o heart_n will_v swell_v when_o it_o come_v to_o petition_n and_o to_o particular_a truth_n what_o shall_v i_o yield_v to_o this_o no_o i_o have_v hear_v of_o this_o by_o the_o hear_n of_o the_o ear_n but_o i_o know_v not_o whether_o it_o be_v true_a or_o not_o i_o have_v hear_v much_o talk_n of_o the_o scripture_n but_o when_o the_o scripture_n come_v to_o cross_v a_o man_n in_o this_o or_o that_o particular_a lust_n then_o if_o his_o knowledge_n be_v not_o spiritual_a his_o heart_n will_v rise_v and_o swell_v against_o it_o and_o begin_v to_o call_v into_o question_n and_o doubt_n yea_o and_o to_o think_v it_o folly_n and_o a_o base_a thing_n for_o a_o man_n to_o yield_v to_o it_o i_o be_o sure_a of_o my_o pleasure_n i_o be_o sure_a of_o my_o profit_n but_o i_o be_o not_o sure_a whether_o this_o be_v true_a or_o no_o and_o thus_o the_o heart_n of_o a_o atheist_n come_v to_o stand_v out_o because_o his_o knowledge_n be_v not_o spiritual_a but_o if_o it_o be_v than_o it_o carry_v a_o assent_n to_o it_o with_o it_o and_o a_o desire_v draw_v into_o a_o prayer_n again_o you_o must_v know_v this_o before_o we_o come_v unto_o the_o main_a point_n that_o a_o gracious_a heart_n turn_v promise_n into_o desire_n and_o 3_o prayer_n the_o promise_n be_v i_o come_v see_v it_o turn_v it_o into_o a_o holy_a desire_n and_o prayer_n come_v lord_n jesus_n belove_a we_o believe_v not_o the_o promise_v as_o we_o shall_v do_v else_o we_o will_v do_v so_o we_o have_v rich_a exceed_o 4._o great_a and_o precious_a promise_n but_o where_o be_v our_o rich_a exceed_o great_a and_o precious_a faith_n to_o lay_v hold_n upon_o they_o and_o to_o turn_v they_o present_o into_o suit_n desire_n and_o prayer_n thus_o if_o we_o will_v do_v we_o shall_v bind_v god_n with_o his_o own_o word_n he_o can_v deny_v himself_o or_o falsify_v his_o truth_n you_o see_v again_o that_o the_o more_o assure_a one_o be_v of_o any_o 4_o thing_n the_o more_o effectual_o it_o will_v make_v he_o to_o pray_v a_o atheistical_a heart_n will_v say_v thus_o such_o a_o thing_n will_v be_v christ_n will_v come_v whether_o i_o pray_v or_o no_o what_o need_v i_o pray_v then_o nay_o therefore_o pray_v because_o he_o will_v come_v i_o come_v quick_o therefore_o even_o so_o come_v lord_n jesus_n christ_n himself_o be_v full_o assure_v that_o his_o father_n will_v grant_v he_o all_o that_o he_o pray_v for_o i_o know_v that_o thou_o 42._o hear_v i_o always_o say_v he_o yet_o you_o see_v what_o a_o heavenly_a prayer_n he_o make_v john_n 17._o nay_o god_n bid_v he_o do_v it_o ask_v of_o i_o and_o i_o 8._o will_v give_v thou_o the_o heathen_a for_o thy_o inheritance_n etc._n etc._n receive_v as_o fruit_n of_o our_o prayer_n as_o well_o as_o of_o his_o promise_n and_o providence_n we_o can_v be_v so_o thankful_a for_o thing_n that_o come_v only_o as_o fruit_n of_o his_o providence_n as_o when_o we_o look_v upon_o they_o as_o fruit_n of_o our_o prayer_n david_n be_v a_o king_n of_o prayer_n but_o saul_n come_v by_o providence_n only_o and_o by_o the_o people_n importunity_n whether_o be_v the_o more_o bless_a oh_o then_o my_o brethren_n though_o we_o be_v never_o so_o much_o assure_v of_o thing_n to_o come_v yet_o let_v we_o join_v prayer_n thereto_o for_o
