the_o soul_n of_o the_o repentant_a sinner_n by_o the_o application_n of_o the_o spirit_n and_o for_o that_o it_o be_v direct_v of_o god_n and_o appoint_v to_o be_v preach_v to_o such_o and_o to_o no_o 〈◊〉_d for_o though_o the_o gospel_n be_v preach_v to_o all_o in_o a_o general_a consideration_n as_o before_o be_v show_v yet_o as_o it_o be_v here_o intend_a it_o belong_v to_o none_o nor_o be_v to_o be_v preach_v to_o any_o but_o the_o repentant_a only_o and_o repentance_n though_o it_o be_v a_o part_n of_o the_o gospel_n as_o it_o be_v sometime_o in_o a_o general_a manner_n propose_v yea_o the_o beginning_n and_o first_o principle_n thereof_o and_o a_o peculiar_a gift_n of_o the_o spirit_n as_o before_o also_o be_v note_v yet_o as_o it_o be_v intend_v in_o these_o several_a scripture_n repentance_n be_v no_o part_n but_o only_o the_o preparation_n thereunto_o or_o the_o make_n ready_a the_o heart_n of_o a_o sinner_n for_o the_o same_o in_o which_o consideration_n john_n the_o baptist_n and_o our_o saviour_n both_o preach_v 2._o say_v repent_v for_o the_o kingdom_n of_o god_n be_v at_o hand_n where_o they_o make_v repentance_n to_o be_v one_o thing_n 17._o and_o the_o time_n to_o come_v their_o six_o point_n that_o none_o ought_v to_o be_v baptize_v but_o such_o man_n and_o woman_n of_o year_n only_o as_o have_v attain_v to_o true_a repentance_n and_o justify_v faith_n be_v both_o in_o the_o account_n of_o the_o church_n and_o in_o the_o sight_n of_o god_n regenerate_v person_n and_o that_o the_o baptism_n of_o child_n use_v be_v no_o baptism_n at_o all_o but_o be_v the_o mark_n of_o the_o beast_n speak_v of_o in_o revelat._n 13._o answ_n the_o doctrine_n of_o the_o church_n of_o god_n be_v that_o not_o only_o such_o man_n and_o woman_n of_o year_n as_o have_v true_a repentance_n and_o justify_v faith_n but_o that_o all_o which_o do_v believe_v jesus_n to_o be_v the_o christ_n and_o acknowledge_v he_o submit_v themselves_o to_o be_v inform_v and_o guide_v by_o his_o word_n and_o gospel_n may_v be_v baptize_v though_o as_o yet_o they_o neither_o have_v true_a repentance_n nor_o justify_v faith_n and_o that_o the_o child_n of_o all_o such_o may_v be_v baptize_v that_o such_o as_o have_v true_a repentance_n &_o justify_v faith_n may_v be_v baptize_v it_o be_v grant_v of_o all_o man_n without_o any_o further_a consideration_n to_o be_v past_o all_o question_n but_o it_o be_v evident_a there_o may_v be_v such_o who_o yet_o notwithstanding_o may_v not_o lawful_o be_v baptize_v 32._o cornelius_n lydia_n and_o the_o eunuch_n be_v true_a messenger_n of_o the_o covenant_n who_o they_o desire_v in_o their_o heart_n to_o see_v and_o hear_v as_o one_o that_o do_v spiritual_o dwell_v in_o their_o heart_n already_o these_o believe_v be_v
