repentance_n watchfulness_n against_o temptation_n etc._n etc._n before_o the_o life_n in_o they_o arrive_v at_o such_o a_o pitch_n yet_o for_o all_o this_o say_v christ_n to_o his_o disciple_n be_v you_o perfect_a direct_v they_o to_o aim_v at_o such_o a_o thing_n and_o the_o apostle_n say_v let_v we_o go_v on_o unto_o perfection_n and_o christ_n give_v a_o ministry_n for_o the_o perfect_a of_o the_o saint_n and_o they_o do_v not_o doubt_v but_o that_o he_o that_o begin_v the_o work_n can_v perfect_v it_o even_o in_o this_o life_n and_o so_o deliver_v they_o out_o of_o the_o hand_n of_o sin_n satan_n and_o all_o their_o spiritual_a enemy_n as_o that_o they_o may_v serve_v god_n without_o fear_n of_o they_o any_o more_o in_o holiness_n and_o righteousness_n before_o he_o all_o the_o day_n of_o their_o life_n now_o how_o be_v this_o doctrine_n or_o how_o be_v this_o people_n because_o of_o their_o believe_a and_o hold_v forth_o this_o doctrine_n guilty_a of_o all_o this_o great_a and_o heavy_a charge_n that_o be_v lay_v upon_o they_o here_o as_o that_o they_o have_v no_o need_n of_o christ_n his_o satisfaction_n his_o blood_n nor_o of_o faith_n repentance_n grow_v in_o grace_n god_n word_n and_o ordinance_n nor_o of_o watchfulness_n and_o prayer_n etc._n etc._n let_v we_o consider_v the_o thing_n a_o little_a further_o first_o the_o doctrine_n of_o perfection_n if_o it_o equality_n of_o mind_n may_v abundant_o testify_v for_o they_o against_o the_o unrighteousness_n and_o injury_n of_o this_o charge_n their_o life_n lie_v in_o christ_n their_o peace_n in_o his_o great_a a_o charge_n than_o they_o be_v indeed_o guilty_a for_o they_o can_v but_o believe_v it_o wait_v for_o it_o hope_v for_o it_o and_o acknowledge_v it_o so_o far_o as_o they_o feel_v it_o wrought_v in_o they_o but_o how_o can_v this_o possible_o make_v they_o guilty_a of_o deny_v these_o thing_n see_v the_o exercise_n of_o these_o thing_n not_o only_o stand_v with_o but_o be_v increase_v by_o such_o a_o belief_n and_o hope_n second_o the_o state_n of_o perfection_n itself_o do_v not_o exclude_v these_o thing_n in_o such_o a_o way_n as_o this_o charge_n seem_v to_o sensible_a feel_n of_o the_o guidance_n of_o god_n spirit_n the_o same_o spirit_n that_o deceive_v they_o lay_v the_o same_o snare_n in_o these_o day_n and_o man_n swallow_v it_o as_o greedy_o &_o with_o as_o great_a confidence_n as_o they_o do_v the_o zealous_a professor_n of_o religion_n for_o the_o generality_n still_o become_v persecutor_n of_o the_o present_a appearance_n of_o truth_n not_o know_v what_o they_o do_v thus_o in_o the_o fear_n of_o the_o lord_n god_n and_o in_o love_n to_o your_o soul_n with_o a_o meek_a and_o gentle_a spirit_n not_o be_v offend_v at_o what_o you_o have_v do_v but_o look_v over_o it_o to_o the_o lord_n who_o bring_v glory_n to_o his_o name_n and_o advantage_n to_o his_o truth_n by_o the_o suffering_n and_o death_n of_o his_o saint_n have_v i_o answer_v your_o ground_n and_o consideration_n and_o in_o the_o same_o fear_n love_n and_o meekness_n have_v i_o some_o thing_n further_a to_o propose_v to_o your_o consideration_n which_o be_v of_o
