the_o faith_n of_o some_o person_n at_o some_o time_n in_o some_o of_o these_o way_n for_o reason_n know_v to_o himself_o even_o when_o their_o necessity_n to_o their_o apprehension_n call_v for_o such_o act_n of_o faith_n sure_o every_o one_o dare_v not_o say_v though_o he_o kill_v i_o yet_o will_v i_o trust_v in_o he_o many_o will_v not_o have_v go_v up_o with_o that_o woman_n i_o speak_v of_o mat._n 15._o but_o will_v have_v be_v discourage_v and_o quit_v the_o pursuit_n it_o be_v on_o this_o account_n that_o christ_n do_v high_o commend_v the_o faith_n of_o some_o beyond_o the_o faith_n of_o other_o mat._n 8._o 10._o and_o 15._o 28._o many_o good_a people_n be_v much_o disquiet_v about_o their_o faith_n because_o it_o go_v not_o out_o in_o all_o those_o way_n we_o find_v and_o remit_v they_o be_v sometime_o strong_a and_o vigorous_a and_o discernible_a and_o sometime_o they_o fail_v and_o misbelief_n do_v prevail_v so_o as_o it_o be_v a_o uncertain_a thing_n to_o judge_v of_o a_o man_n estate_n by_o these_o we_o find_v the_o saint_n very_o different_a from_o themselves_o in_o regard_n of_o the_o act_n of_o faith_n sometime_o as_o we_o show_v before_o 3._o each_o one_o of_o these_o act_n of_o faith_n speak_v good_a to_o the_o person_n in_o who_o it_o be_v and_o have_v promise_n annex_v unto_o it_o as_o we_o have_v say_v yet_o 4._o although_o these_o act_n of_o faith_n have_v promise_n annex_v unto_o they_o they_o be_v not_o for_o that_o the_o condition_n of_o the_o new_a conenant_n for_o then_o every_o one_o behove_v to_o have_v each_o one_o of_o they_o which_o be_v not_o true_a as_o we_o have_v say_v before_o a_o promise_n be_v make_v to_o he_o who_o
approve_v of_o god_n in_o a_o gospel_n sense_n it_o may_v be_v want_v and_o just_o want_v although_o the_o other_o peace_n about_o a_o man_n state_n be_v sure_a this_o peace_n about_o a_o man_n case_n and_o condition_n it_o be_v either_o such_o in_o the_o court_n of_o scripture_n and_o this_o be_v when_o a_o a_o man_n be_v not_o regard_v iniquity_n and_o expect_v the_o command_n of_o god_n without_o exception_n then_o the_o scripture_n say_v he_o stand_v in_o a_o even_a place_n and_o he_o 〈◊〉_d fear_v no_o state_v quarrel_n between_o god_n and_o he_o in_o order_n to_o a_o temporary_a stroke_n and_o when_o it_o be_v thus_o his_o conscience_n shall_v also_o assoil_v he_o that_o same_o way_n and_o will_v do_v so_o if_o it_o be_v right_o inform_v but_o because_o the_o conscience_n be_v often_o in_o the_o dark_a therefore_o a_o man_n may_v be_v alarm_v with_o evil_a in_o the_o court_n of_o conscience_n as_o if_o he_o be_v just_o to_o expect_v a_o stroke_n from_o god_n because_o of_o his_o sin_n and_o some_o quarrel_n god_n have_v at_o he_o although_o he_o intend_v salvation_n for_o he_o this_o be_v enough_o to_o keep_v a_o man_n in_o disquiet_n and_o to_o inhibit_v he_o the_o rejoice_v allow_v unto_o he_o whilst_o he_o be_v walk_v in_o his_o integrity_n therefore_o a_o man_n must_v here_o also_o inform_v his_o conscience_n and_o receive_v no_o accusation_n nor_o condemning_n from_o it_o unless_o it_o make_v they_o clear_v by_o scripture_n at_o that_o bar_n let_v every_o man_n stand_v both_o about_o his_o state_n and_o his_o condition_n or_o case_n and_o let_v god_n which_o be_v a_o grace_n very_o little_a in_o exercise_n with_o many_o and_o make_v it_o set_v out_o sensible_o and_o vigorous_o and_o he_o excit_v and_o stir_v the_o passion_n of_o joy_n and_o delight_n in_o the_o soul_n so_o as_o there_o be_v a_o unspeakable_a and_o glorious_a joy_n in_o the_o soul_n in_o the_o apprehension_n of_o god_n friendship_n and_o nearness_n unto_o he_o 1_o pet._n 1._o 8._o this_o joy_n follow_v upon_o peace_n and_o peace_n follow_v righteousness_n rom._n 14._o 17._o this_o joy_n ready_o will_v not_o fail_v to_o be_v according_a to_o the_o measure_n of_o the_o
