efficacy_n as_o be_v of_o god_n spirit_n which_o kind_n of_o pray_v be_v displease_v to_o god_n who_o be_v a_o spirit_n will_v be_v worship_v by_o man_n in_o spirit_n and_o truth_n and_o can_v accept_v or_o like_v of_o that_o that_o be_v not_o of_o his_o holy_a spirit_n and_o therefore_o also_o be_v unprofitable_a to_o man_n and_o tend_v not_o to_o build_v they_o up_o in_o the_o most_o holy_a faith_n whence_o need_v for_o exhort_v believer_n and_o for_o believer_n to_o accept_v the_o exhortation_n both_o to_o pray_v and_o to_o see_v that_o they_o do_v it_o aright_o not_o in_o any_o spiritless_a formal_a way_n or_o in_o any_o carnal_a and_o unholy_a spirit_n but_o in_o the_o holy_a ghost_n 8._o that_o this_o pray_v in_o the_o holy_a ghost_n be_v a_o good_a mean_n to_o edify_v pray_v in_o the_o holy_a ghost_n he_o show_v that_o the_o build_n up_o themselves_o on_o their_o most_o holy_a faith_n will_v not_o go_v well_o on_o if_o trust_v to_o their_o own_o power_n and_o skill_n therein_o they_o shall_v neglect_v god_n help_n or_o neglect_v to_o pray_v and_o call_v upon_o god_n for_o it_o in_o such_o a_o way_n as_o he_o may_v accept_v they_o and_o send_v they_o help_v therefore_o they_o be_v to_o do_v that_o with_o the_o former_a action_n as_o a_o mean_n to_o it_o and_o then_o in_o couple_v the_o counsel_n to_o both_o those_o and_o that_o absolute_o by_o a_o verb_n or_o word_n of_o command_n or_o counsel_n keep_v yourselves_o in_o the_o love_n of_o god_n and_o mention_v both_o of_o those_o by_o a_o participle_n as_o have_v reference_n to_o some_o further_a end_n namely_o that_o express_v in_o that_o follow_a counsel_n he_o imply_v that_o they_o be_v both_o of_o they_o mean_v to_o that_o great_a end_n or_o that_o such_o a_o building_n themselves_o on_o their_o most_o holy_a faith_n as_o be_v exercise_v with_o pray_v in_o the_o holy_a ghost_n will_v much_o conduce_v to_o or_o be_v the_o mean_n to_o preserve_v and_o keep_v themselves_o in_o the_o love_n of_o god_n which_o lead_v we_o to_o the_o next_o enquiry_n namely_o 4._o how_o the_o pray_n in_o the_o holy_a ghost_n conduce_v to_o the_o keep_n ourselves_o in_o the_o love_n of_o god_n to_o which_o it_o be_v to_o be_v mind_v as_o be_v note_v above_o that_o the_o love_n or_o peculiar_a favour_n of_o god_n and_o his_o blessing_n be_v fix_v upon_o the_o foundation_n or_o most_o holy_a faith_n in_o the_o first_o place_n it_o first_o fasten_v upon_o and_o embrace_v christ_n his_o belove_a delightful_a one_o who_o be_v the_o great_a subject_n of_o the_o gospel_n doctrine_n and_o for_o his_o sake_n it_o the_o holy_a yea_o the_o most_o holy_a faith_n that_o we_o be_v call_v to_o and_o build_v upon_o it_o be_v a_o right_a and_o good_a foundation_n so_o strong_a and_o steady_a that_o nothing_o can_v remove_v it_o &_o therefore_o what_o be_v thereon_o build_a can_v be_v overthrow_v by_o any_o force_n or_o violence_n that_o may_v come_v against_o it_o that_o be_v one_o encouragement_n in_o building_n to_o build_v on_o and_o go_v on_o in_o it_o with_o courage_n and_o cheerfulness_n when_o we_o know_v the_o foundation_n be_v so_o well_o lay_v so_o strong_a and_o steady_a that_o it_o can_v and_o he_o be_v so_o full_a of_o blessing_n upon_o the_o account_n thereof_o and_o so_o able_a and_o alsufficient_a to_o confer_v it_o upon_o we_o to_o the_o save_v we_o from_o all_o evil_a and_o satisfy_v we_o with_o all_o good_a that_o there_o be_v great_a yea_o most_o perfect_a reason_n and_o ground_n for_o we_o to_o look_v too_o and_o close_o with_o he_o believe_v in_o he_o come_z to_z and_o rest_n upon_o he_o and_o so_o to_o go_v on_o listen_v to_o and_o obey_v he_o and_o hold_v fast_o the_o profession_n of_o our_o faith_n concern_v he_o there_o can_v be_v a_o better_a sure_a and_o full_a foundation_n for_o we_o to_o build_v on_o no_o rock_n like_o he_o our_o god_n none_o so_o able_a to_o save_v we_o none_o beside_o he_o provide_v for_o we_o and_o give_v to_o we_o 2._o yea_o he_o be_v not_o only_o the_o most_o sure_a foundation_n so_o perfect_a as_o nothing_o can_v be_v add_v to_o he_o to_o make_v he_o more_o sure_a and_o firm_a and_o so_o to_o add_v firmness_n to_o we_o from_o he_o but_o also_o the_o most_o holy_a most_o consecrate_a divine_a acceptable_a to_o god_n know_v and_o approve_v and_o belove_v of_o god_n so_o holy_a as_o that_o he_o by_o and_o through_o the_o knowledge_n of_o himself_o in_o this_o doctrine_n that_o set_v he_o forth_o be_v most_o meet_a and_o fit_a to_o infuse_v holiness_n into_o we_o and_o devote_v we_o to_o god_n and_o make_v we_o to_o be_v own_v and_o approve_v of_o also_o by_o he_o and_o to_o be_v delight_v in_o and_o inhabit_v of_o he_o we_o have_v all_o the_o encouragement_n therefore_o here_o to_o build_v that_o a_o
