shall_v call_v and_o with_o many_o other_o word_n exhort_v he_o they_o say_v save_v yourselves_o from_o this_o untoward_a generation_n for_o as_o the_o same_o apostle_n testify_v in_o another_o place_n even_o baptism_n do_v also_o now_o save_v we_o not_o the_o put_v away_o of_o the_o filth_n of_o the_o flesh_n but_o the_o answer_n of_o a_o good_a conscience_n towards_o god_n by_o the_o resurrection_n of_o jesus_n christ_n doubt_v you_o not_o therefore_o but_o earnest_o believe_v that_o he_o will_v favourable_a receive_v these_o present_a person_n true_o repent_v and_o come_v unto_o he_o by_o faith_n that_o he_o will_v grant_v they_o remission_n of_o their_o sin_n and_o bestow_v upon_o they_o the_o holy_a ghost_n that_o he_o will_v give_v they_o the_o blessing_n of_o eternal_a life_n and_o make_v they_o partaker_n of_o his_o everlasting_a kingdom_n wherefore_o we_o be_v thus_o persuade_v of_o the_o good_a will_n of_o our_o heavenly_a father_n towards_o these_o person_n declare_v by_o his_o son_n jesus_n christ_n let_v we_o faithful_o and_o devout_o give_v thanks_o to_o he_o and_o say_v almighty_a and_o everlasting_a god_n heavenly_a father_n we_o give_v thou_o humble_a thanks_o for_o that_o thou_o have_v vouchsafe_v to_o call_v we_o to_o the_o knowledge_n of_o thy_o grace_n and_o faith_n in_o thou_o increase_v this_o knowledge_n and_o confirm_v this_o faith_n in_o we_o evermore_o give_v thy_o holy_a spirit_n to_o these_o person_n that_o they_o may_v be_v bear_v again_o and_o be_v make_v heir_n of_o everlasting_a salvation_n through_o our_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n who_o live_v and_o reign_v with_o thou_o and_o the_o holy_a spirit_n now_o and_o for_o ever_o amen_n ¶_o then_o the_o priest_n shall_v speak_v to_o the_o person_n to_o be_v baptise_a on_o this_o wise_a well-beloved_n who_o be_v come_v hither_o desire_v to_o receive_v holy_a baptism_n you_o have_v hear_v how_o the_o congregation_n have_v pray_v that_o our_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n will_v vouchsafe_v to_o receive_v you_o and_o bless_v you_o to_o release_v you_o of_o your_o sin_n to_o give_v you_o the_o kingdom_n of_o heaven_n and_o everlasting_a life_n you_o have_v hear_v also_o that_o our_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n have_v promise_v in_o his_o holy_a word_n to_o grant_v all_o those_o thing_n that_o we_o have_v pray_v for_o which_o promise_n he_o for_o his_o part_n will_v most_o sure_o keep_v and_o perform_v wherefore_o after_o this_o promise_n make_v by_o christ_n you_o must_v also_o faithful_o for_o your_o part_n promise_n in_o the_o presence_n of_o these_o your_o witness_n and_o this_o whole_a congregation_n that_o you_o will_v renounce_v the_o devil_n and_o all_o his_o work_n and_o constant_o believe_v god_n holy_a word_n and_o obedient_o keep_v his_o commandment_n ¶_o then_o shall_v the_o priest_n demand_v of_o each_o of_o the_o person_n to_o be_v baptise_a several_o these_o question_n follow_v question_n do_v thou_o renounce_v the_o devil_n and_o
