of_o the_o heart_n the_o work_n of_o god_n alone_o see_v john_n 4._o 14._o but_o whosoever_o drink_v of_o the_o water_n that_o i_o shall_v give_v he_o shall_v never_o thirst_v but_o the_o water_n christian_n indeed_o not_o only_o in_o name_n but_o also_o in_o nature_n not_o in_o word_n only_o but_o in_o power_n not_o only_o outward_o but_o in_o the_o inward_a man_n seven_o we_o have_v another_o testimony_n how_o paul_n and_o other_o believer_n come_v to_o be_v partaker_n of_o the_o goodness_n of_o god_n in_o eternal_a salvation_n after_o they_o have_v live_v a_o evil_a life_n in_o the_o world_n before_o it_o be_v in_o titus_n 3_o 4_o 5._o but_o after_o that_o the_o kindness_n and_o love_n or_o pity_n of_o god_n our_o saviour_n towards_o man_n appear_v not_o by_o work_n of_o righteousness_n which_o we_o have_v do_v but_o according_a to_o his_o mercy_n he_o save_v we_o by_o the_o wash_n of_o regeneration_n and_o renew_v of_o the_o holy_a spirit_n which_o he_o shed_v in_o we_o abundant_o through_o jesus_n christ_n our_o saviour_n etc._n etc._n 1._o here_o be_v the_o kindness_n of_o god_n towards_o man_n appear_v 2._o this_o love_n of_o god_n to_o we_o be_v not_o from_o our_o work_n of_o righteousness_n 3._o but_o it_o be_v of_o mere_a mercy_n that_o god_n do_v save_v we_o 4._o here_o be_v the_o mean_v set_v forth_o whereby_o god_n do_v save_v we_o and_o that_o be_v
that_o so_o we_o shall_v serve_v sin_n no_o long_o let_v we_o once_o more_o brief_o consider_v of_o the_o word_n of_o the_o apostle_n here_o v._o 3._o those_o that_o be_v baptize_v into_o jesus_n christ_n be_v baptize_v into_o his_o death_n therefore_o not_o into_o material_a water_n for_o the_o death_n of_o christ_n with_o the_o power_n and_o virtue_n thereof_o be_v not_o nor_o can_v be_v material_a water_n therefore_o the_o baptism_n here_o speak_v of_o can_v be_v mean_v of_o material_a water_n v._o 4._o we_o be_v bury_v with_o he_o by_o baptism_n into_o death_n therefore_o not_o baptism_n which_o consist_v in_o power_n from_o on_o high_a v._o 5._o the_o apostle_n conclude_v it_o must_v so_o follow_v for_o if_o we_o have_v be_v plant_v together_o in_o the_o likeness_n of_o 3._o again_o we_o have_v another_o testimony_n of_o the_o great_a effect_n of_o spirit_n baptism_n upon_o the_o corinthian_n 1_o cor._n 6._o 11._o v._o 9_o 10._o the_o apostle_n reckon_v up_o sanctify_v and_o justify_v poor_a undo_v soul_n that_o lie_v wallow_v in_o their_o own_o blood_n and_o filthiness_n what_o think_v you_o o_o you_o that_o have_v any_o love_n to_o the_o truth_n here_o you_o may_v see_v a_o wash_n but_o not_o with_o material_a water_n but_o a_o wash_n in_o the_o pure_a river_n of_o water_n of_o life_n clear_a as_o crystal_n come_v forth_o from_o the_o fountain_n of_o all_o life_n and_o sweetness_n and_o this_o water_n be_v only_o able_a to_o wash_v cleanse_v and_o sanctify_v soul_n and_o spirit_n from_o all_o sin_n and_o filthiness_n of_o flesh_n and_o spirit_n we_o can_v ascribe_v nothing_o at_o all_o unto_o material_a water_n in_o this_o great_a work_n of_o wash_v cleanse_v sanctify_a and_o justify_v of_o soul_n in_o the_o presence_n of_o the_o infinite_o righteous_a pure_a and_o holy_a god_n but_o we_o do_v ascribe_v the_o whole_a work_n hereof_o unto_o the_o mighty_a god_n in_o the_o baptism_n of_o the_o eternal_a spirit_n which_o
