appear_v most_o evident_o from_o the_o consideration_n of_o that_o famous_a controversy_n touch_v the_o validity_n of_o heretic_n baptism_n between_o stephen_n bishop_n of_o rome_n and_o cyprian_a bishop_n of_o carthage_n or_o rather_o between_o the_o church_n of_o europe_n and_o africa_n the_o sum_n whereof_o be_v this_o stephen_n bishop_n of_o rome_n 〈◊〉_d that_o those_o who_o be_v baptize_v
