spend_v so_o much_o cost_n and_o labour_n in_o the_o pursuit_n of_o their_o error_n and_o superstition_n he_o also_o prove_v that_o their_o sottishness_n be_v inexcusable_a in_o that_o they_o give_v themselves_o to_o such_o new_a find_v service_n for_o if_o they_o do_v but_o weigh_v all_o circumstance_n a_o little_a in_o a_o equal_a balance_n they_o may_v easy_o perceive_v their_o own_o gross_a idolater_n and_o the_o superstitious_a sort_n to_o commit_v these_o outrage_n but_o their_o own_o free_a will_n what_o reason_n have_v they_o then_o to_o lay_v the_o blame_n upon_o other_o see_v the_o cause_n of_o these_o evil_n proceed_v altogether_o from_o themselves_o which_o evil_n they_o will_v needs_o retain_v and_o careful_o nourish_v within_o they_o they_o advance_v themselves_o in_o execution_n of_o such_o a_o charge_n moreover_o it_o be_v too_o great_a a_o sauciness_n in_o they_o to_o pretend_v the_o illumination_n of_o the_o spirit_n of_o christ_n see_v themselves_o be_v whole_o void_a of_o faith_n religion_n few_o of_o the_o horn_a bishop_n in_o the_o papacy_n that_o know_v the_o first_o rudiment_n of_o religion_n and_o know_v not_o a_o b_o from_o a_o battle-dore_n therefore_o such_o a_o obstinacy_n well_o deserve_v such_o a_o punishment_n for_o it_o be_v not_o the_o lord_n fault_n that_o the_o affair_n of_o the_o people_n succeed_v ill_a but_o they_o have_v affliction_n do_v but_o arise_v much_o ado_n there_o be_v to_o fasten_v any_o consolation_n upon_o us._n for_o this_o cause_n we_o have_v need_v to_o have_v our_o faith_n confirm_v by_o all_o sort_n of_o argument_n see_v the_o reason_n then_o why_o isaiah_n speak_v so_o glorious_o of_o the_o benefit_n of_o this_o deliverance_n namely_o to_o the_o end_n that_o the_o faithful_a who_o see_v nothing_o round_o about_o they_o but_o ruin_n and_o death_n may_v notwithstanding_o be_v of_o good_a coâ—â—ort_n and_o in_o hope_n to_o wait_v for_o a_o happy_a change_n he_o set_v the_o deliverance_n therefore_o before_o their_o eye_n as_o if_o it_o be_v already_o accomplish_v that_o so_o they_o may_v have_v all_o matter_n of_o joy_n and_o rejoice_v though_o at_o that_o time_n there_o appear_v nothing_o but_o cause_n of_o sorrow_n and_o mourning_n as_o oft_o as_o the_o lord_n therefore_o promise_v any_o mercy_n promise_n praise_n must_v be_v join_v to_o the_o promise_n let_v we_o ever_o be_v mindful_a to_o join_v praise_n and_o thanksgiving_n thereunto_o though_o we_o see_v not_o the_o accomplishment_n thereof_o that_o so_o we_o may_v the_o better_o waken_v our_o drowsy_a spirit_n needs_o partake_v with_o this_o people_n in_o their_o sin_n that_o we_o also_o shall_v share_v with_o they_o in_o their_o punishment_n unless_o we_o prevent_v the_o same_o by_o repress_v our_o stubburnnesse_n and_o unbelief_n by_o god_n word_n we_o ought_v also_o to_o observe_v and_o take_v heed_n of_o this_o folly_n which_o carry_v we_o away_o in_o such_o wise_a that_o we_o care_v for_o no_o cost_n nor_o refuse_v any_o pain_n whatsoever_o to_o satisfy_v and_o accomplish_v our_o over_o great_a fond_a and_o furious_a lust_n while_o we_o be_v captive_n under_o the_o papacy_n we_o have_v when_o we_o shall_v yield_v obedience_n unto_o god_n and_o bear_v the_o light_a yoke_n of_o christ_n we_o can_v endure_v no_o pain_n at_o all_o verse_n 7._o sure_o 7._o or_o sure_o for_o the_o egyptian_n be_v vanity_n and_o they_o shall_v help_v in_o vain_a therefore_o have_v i_o cry_v unto_o she_o their_o strength_n be_v to_o sit_v still_o this_o verse_n contain_v in_o it_o the_o then_o to_o have_v their_o wickedness_n publish_v or_o that_o the_o same_o shall_v stand_v as_o it_o be_v upon_o record_n in_o the_o mind_n of_o man_n oh_o they_o can_v not_o abide_v that_o they_o detest_v and_o abhor_v it_o account_v it_o a_o most_o unworthy_a fact_n yet_o the_o prophet_n notwithstanding_o be_v to_o go_v through_o with_o it_o and_o to_o yield_v obedience_n unto_o god_n
