last_o sense_n be_v a_o man_n say_v according_a to_o the_o scripture_n to_o be_v justify_v or_o have_v his_o sin_n pardon_v or_o be_v acquit_v bless_a be_v the_o man_n to_o who_o the_o lord_n impute_v not_o his_o sin_n that_o be_v who_o sin_n be_v forgive_v bid_v or_o 2._o psalm_n 32._o 2._o cover_v so_o likewise_o the_o declaration_n of_o a_o man_n to_o be_v a_o just_a man_n or_o justify_v be_v true_o justify_v or_o acquit_v from_o his_o fault_n though_o he_o know_v it_o not_o well_o what_o then_o his_o friend_n coure_v to_o he_o and_o say_v be_v of_o good_a cheer_n thy_o offence_n be_v forgive_v thou_o and_o so_o give_v he_o his_o pardon_n which_o he_o glad_o accept_v and_o have_v receive_v it_o he_o be_v now_o deliver_v from_o his_o bondage_n the_o prison_n open_v and_o the_o when_o we_o mean_v the_o benefit_n that_o redound_v to_o we_o from_o it_o so_o that_o the_o sum_n and_o substance_n of_o what_o i_o have_v say_v be_v first_o that_o sin_n be_v full_o satisfy_v for_o by_o christ_n death_n in_o the_o sight_n of_o god_n and_o shall_v never_o be_v charge_v upon_o a_o saint_n which_o pardon_n be_v in_o the_o hand_n of_o christ_n for_o he_o second_o that_o sin_n lie_v in_o the_o conscience_n till_o believe_v and_o when_o the_o soul_n believe_v be_v forgiveness_n give_v to_o he_o that_o be_v to_o say_v publish_v make_v manifest_a and_o declare_v three_o that_o though_o he_o may_v be_v free_v yet_o be_v in_o trouble_n or_o fear_v again_o for_o according_a to_o the_o measure_n of_o his_o faith_n such_o be_v his_o assurance_n and_o consolation_n &_o then_o he_o may_v pray_v for_o the_o pardon_n of_o sin_n that_o be_v to_o say_v the_o full_a assurance_n of_o it_o and_o may_v ask_v for_o pardon_n of_o sin_n as_o it_o include_v his_o right_n to_o be_v free_v from_o trouble_n or_o wrath_n for_o they_o any_o more_o so_o that_o i_o say_v all_o sin_n be_v pardon_v in_o the_o sense_n i_o have_v already_o declare_v past_a present_a and_o to_o come_v you_o say_v that_o a_o saint_n after_o believe_v may_v fear_v again_o which_o if_o it_o be_v true_a object_n why_o do_v the_o apostle_n say_v we_o have_v not_o receive_v the_o spirit_n of_o bondage_n again_o to_o fear_v in_o answer_n to_o this_o we_o must_v know_v paul_n be_v not_o there_o go_v about_o sol._n to_o tell_v they_o that_o it_o be_v impossible_a for_o they_o to_o fear_v again_o but_o his_o intent_n be_v there_o to_o hold_v forth_o the_o excellency_n of_o the_o spirit_n it_o be_v not_o the_o spirit_n of_o bondage_n engender_v to_o fear_v that_o they_o have_v receive_v through_o law_n i_o mean_v nothing_o can_v just_o charge_v he_o now_o the_o law_n can_v do_v it_o as_o i_o will_v show_v you_o in_o the_o next_o chapter_n therefore_o i_o conclude_v all_o sin_n be_v pardon_v where_o it_o be_v write_v for_o when_o the_o gentile_n which_o have_v not_o the_o law_n viz._n as_o it_o be_v give_v to_o israel_n by_o moses_n in_o that_o dispensation_n or_o ministration_n do_v by_o 15._o their_o conscience_n bear_v witness_n and_o their_o thought_n the_o mean_a while_n accuse_v or_o excuse_v one_o another_o their_o own_o heart_n accuse_v they_o be_v a_o manifest_a proof_n of_o wrath_n to_o be_v the_o fruit_n of_o sin_n and_o condemnation_n the_o portion_n of_o sinner_n therefore_o say_v the_o apostle_n by_o one_o man_n sin_n enter_v into_o the_o world_n and_o death_n by_o
