our_o nest_n always_o to_o enjoy_v outward_a comfort_n and_o know_v no_o cross_n but_o think_v sometime_o to_o receive_v frown_n and_o stripe_n as_o well_o as_o smile_n and_o kiss_n from_o the_o lord_n especial_o when_o our_o sin_n offer_v continual_a occasion_n to_o the_o lord_n to_o exercise_v we_o with_o some_o punishment_n he_o have_v rod_n enough_o in_o store_n to_o beat_v we_o for_o and_o from_o our_o sin_n therefore_o let_v we_o look_v daily_o to_o be_v assault_v daily_o to_o be_v humble_v and_o cast_v down_o that_o so_o we_o may_v be_v the_o better_o prepare_v and_o also_o the_o more_o willing_a to_o suffer_v affliction_n to_o partake_v of_o adversity_n thereby_o to_o glorify_v god_n then_o to_o sleep_v in_o a_o whole_a skin_n to_o live_v in_o ease_n and_o prosperity_n to_o our_o own_o woe_n and_o shame_n force_v thyself_o daily_o to_o mind_n trial_n and_o betake_v thyself_o to_o some_o serious_a thought_n of_o change_n even_o when_o prosperity_n and_o ease_n will_v most_o divorce_v thou_o from_o the_o remembrance_n thereof_o if_o people_n will_v be_v thus_o wise_a they_o shall_v quit_v themselves_o better_a than_o they_o do_v in_o time_n of_o affliction_n hence_o it_o be_v that_o many_o of_o god_n child_n do_v undergo_v their_o affliction_n so_o cheerful_o above_o other_o they_o can_v say_v i_o thank_v god_n it_o be_v no_o other_o than_o i_o have_v end_n thou_o shall_v confess_v that_o god_n have_v show_v thou_o his_o love_n make_v good_a his_o promise_n and_o much_o better_v thou_o by_o afflict_v thou_o use_v 6_o affliction_n last_o if_o the_o end_n of_o god_n afflict_v of_o we_o be_v the_o better_n of_o we_o be_v we_o then_o both_o thankful_a to_o the_o lord_n for_o our_o affliction_n and_o joyful_a in_o they_o suppose_v thou_o be_v fall_v into_o some_o dangerous_a pit_n or_o quagmire_n in_o danger_n of_o perish_v will_v thou_o not_o be_v glad_a to_o see_v any_o come_n near_o to_o help_v thou_o will_v not_o be_v thankful_a to_o that_o person_n that_o shall_v be_v a_o mean_n of_o thy_o deliverance_n though_o it_o be_v by_o put_v some_o hook_n into_o thy_o flesh_n which_o may_v for_o the_o present_a hurt_n and_o wound_v thou_o sin_n be_v a_o dangerous_a pit_n and_o gulf_n wherein_o many_o soul_n do_v perish_v when_o the_o lord_n afflict_v thou_o he_o do_v cast_v a_o cord_n unto_o thou_o to_o lay_v hold_n of_o or_o it_o may_v be_v he_o strike_v some_o hook_n into_o thy_o flesh_n some_o sore_a affliction_n by_o which_o he_o desire_v to_o pull_v thou_o out_o of_o thy_o sin_n have_v thou_o not_o then_o great_a cause_n of_o thanks_o and_o rejoice_v offer_v unto_o thou_o when_o the_o lord_n afflict_v thou_o if_o we_o have_v wisdom_n and_o understanding_n to_o consider_v aright_o of_o god_n goodness_n and_o love_n towards_o we_o there_o will_v be_v more_o thanks_o for_o and_o cheerfulness_n in_o affliction_n and_o less_o repine_a and_o mourn_v among_o we_o than_o there_o be_v if_o we_o be_v not_o poison_v with_o infidelity_n and_o distrust_n it_o can_v not_o be_v but_o we_o shall_v be_v more_o joyful_a in_o affliction_n and_o thankful_a for_o they_o than_o we_o many_o time_n seem_v to_o be_v some_o when_o the_o hand_n of_o god_n be_v upon_o they_o be_v like_a to_o a_o man_n cast_v into_o a_o deep_a lethargy_n which_o be_v a_o drowsy_a and_o forgetful_a sickness_n when_o the_o use_n of_o memory_n and_o reason_n be_v almost_o or_o altogether_o take_v from_o we_o so_o they_o be_v like_o stock_n and_o stone_n insensible_a of_o their_o affliction_n they_o have_v neither_o heart_n nor_o eye_n to_o consider_v of_o or_o see_v their_o sin_n which_o have_v pull_v this_o judgement_n upon_o they_o nor_o yet_o the_o end_n which_o god_n aim_v at_o in_o smite_v they_o and_o there_o be_v other_o some_o of_o a_o contrary_a temper_n and_o these_o be_v like_a to_o a_o man_n in_o a_o frenzy_n he_o rage_v and_o storm_n if_o not_o blasphem_n the_o hand_n of_o god_n upon_o he_o kick_v and_o spurn_v against_o the_o lord_n unwilling_a to_o bear_v that_o burden_n the_o lord_n be_v willing_a shall_v lie_v upon_o he_o of_o both_o these_o sort_n of_o people_n the_o
